Dr. Termotto is my Dentist of choice! I highly recommend him. His staff included. They are professional and very kind! I have also used the office in Monterey! I Love Lorraine my hygienist, Rosie, Susan and Olivia! I know the key to my best health starts here! I cannot say enough good things about these people! My Smile has never looked better. I do not have any fear of care practices, or pain coming or going. Everything that is needed to make me feel safe secure and comfortable is first with them. They bill my insurance for me. They are very accommodating with my appointments. Thank You All so Much!!! I should add… As a person who has fears and allergies this means the world to me. He even keeps the only numbing agent I can use on hand and had me tested for it. I have had other medical issues that he is very mindful of and has protected me in that area with my dental needs and oral health. I find a rare quality in him.

I liked the doctor and he seemed very competent — even though he did urge me to go to his wife’s practice for some advanced work which didn’t seem very professional, but his office staff was not. I kept getting notices from my insurance that the staff hadn’t sent the necessary paperwork, x-​rays, etc. for the dental insurance to pay. I had to spend most of a day trying to straighten it out. The person at the office I spoke to was very rude to me about it and said that the insurance company had everything they needed. When I called the insurance back, they explained that some of the xrays had not been provided and some of the «prints» were so badly folded and refolded that they were unreadable. When I again called the office, the woman told me that the insurance company was just too picky. I did get a letter of apology from the doctor and it did finally get straightened out, but I am not inclined to go again and possibly go through all that drama again.

He used to teach dentistry at the top dental schools in the northeast. I’m crazy about cleanliness and his sterile technique is excellent. He is a consummate professional. I will not consider any other dentist.
