The sandwiches are tasty. I had the BLT avocado sandwich with the vegetable beef soup. The bacon was cooked nicely and the sandwich had just the right amount of avocado on it. My dad had the pastrami on rye with the chicken and artichoke soup. The chicken and artichoke soup is good and worth trying! The staff is small and service seemed slow so have patience before dining there! $ 7.99 for a sandwich, side and drink seemed worth it.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and the portions are excellent. This is a very good sandwich place. I’ll definitely return whenever I’m back in Salinas. I ordered the turkey, avocado, w/​cheese on whole wheat bread. It was very tasty and the bread was great– not too dry or flat like Subway. And their prices are great it was about $ 7 for a drink and side salad.

Great sandwich shop with many options. My favorite option is the bread because unlike many or perhaps all others, they offer croissants. I absolutely love croissants! Lunch special includes sandwich of your choice, side of your choice and drink for $ 7.99 or $ 5.99 for students. You can also get 10% off if you have one of those discount cards the NSHS football players were selling.-1 star because they can afford to be friendlier to the customers.
