Tom’s Site Services

I hired Tom’s Site Services to provide restrooms for 130 guests at my October wedding in Santa Cruz. The VIP «Posh Potty» Restroom Trailer exceeded my expectations. The restrooms were incredibly clean and modern. They smelled clean. They were stocked with toilet paper and soap. The «ladies» restroom even had a framed picture on the wall. I did add some fancy lotion and fancy air freshener for guests’ use. It is safe to say that they were the nicest portable restrooms I have ever seen.
For those interested in availing of the portable restrooms you have to be aware of a few things:
1. The unit is school bus yellow. You have to be OK with that. It’s their thing. I thought it was festive. :)
2. You have to have access to electricity and H20.
3. Have a conversation with them about where you’re putting the trailer. Fortunately, this wasn’t an issue for us.
4. For the most part interactions occurred over the phone during their business hours and they are closed for lunch. I was able to submit agreements via email — so that was nice.
Customer service was excellent and prompt. They answered all my questions within a reasonable amount of time. When something more complicated came up (like location of the trailer and moving it in and out of weird space) someone with more knowledge got back to me right away.
The only thing that was challenging was the trailer’s exit from the property. It was so full (gross, I know) and the driveway on the property was so steep that the trailer hitch scraped the pavement a tiny bit. I guess our guests ate and drank A LOT.
