I was so torn when I chose to write a review for Dr Dibble’s office. I had been seeing Dr Dibble since I started growing in my baby teeth and he was always amazing. I had perfect teeth and I owed it all to him. He was concerned, polite, listened, explained everything– really truly cared for his patients. However, as I became an adult, he wasn’t available as often and eventually I needed to be scheduled with Dr. McFinton. I wish I could say I was happy with ANY of my experiences with her, as I’d grown to expect so much after being a patient of Dr Dibble’s for most of my lifetime. Unfortunately, I was less than satisfied. She rushed through everything, she asked questions then argued and interrupted when I’d answer. Any visit I had with her she accused me of lying to her when I would explain the problems I’d been having with my teeth, I was appalled. After any visit with her, I’ve left the office in tears of frustration and anger. Sadly, even my first experience with her ended with her cutting my mouth open with one of her drills– at which point as I sat there bleeding and in worse pain, she told me to «take a Tylenol» and that I’d be fine. No apology, no explanation. Drawing to a close I again wish that out of respect and utter adoration for Dr Dibble I could give this office a better rating.
