3 days of training never got paid, old outdated facility, they still paper chart (not eco friendly).staffing issues
I have over 4 years exp. They would not just put me on the floor to work. Hello i passed the state exam. Smh
Your loss. I have a real job now!

My mom was at EHS for over three years before she died. She received excellent care. Many of the workers treated her as a family member. Even when she was suffering her worst with dementia, the staff was patient and loving to her. I would recommend EHS to anyone. Currently my dad is in rehab there. Again he is receiving the best of care possible.

At first, we were sold on smiles and cleanliness. It is definitely clean!
But — that is all that it is. I would watch from afar and even wore a wig in to hide and see how they treated my parent.
While not rude — they did not attend to her as much as they stated to me constantly.
She was also MISDIAGNOSED and put on a strange diet that St Joe’s in Ypsilanti laughed at and changed her from immediately! This was done once she was admitted for an infection she got at the home. That can happen in any home I know — but it added to our frustration.
I also heard the staff gossip about patients. It was unprofessional and disgusting.
Lastly — good luck finding someone in Admin or Management. If they need you they stalk you — if you need them… go uncover rocks looking.
Stay away please. There are better options 20 – 30 minutes away.
