This location is an easy walk from my house and makes for a great place to stop in for ice cream :)

As much as I love Mickey’s, their downtown location is sub par to the Mickey’s Dairy Twist down the road. They offer about 8 «hard ice cream» flavors, as opposed to the 16 flavors, possibly more that the twist location offers. It’s a cute little ice cream shop that seems to be apart of the Italian restaurant next door. I also liked the idea of the flavor of the day. Today they had fish food which was just vanilla ice cream with sprinkles gummie worms and Swedish fish. I didn’t try it but it seemed to be a hit with other patrons.
Although this location didn’t have very much to offer like the other location, I like that there is an ice cream shop in downtown saline.
