Parkside Laundromat

DO NOT GO HERE! The owner is rude, the place is filthy, and they don’t shovel the snow so you are carrying your laundry through snow banks.
I had my laundry in the washers and had my empty basket in a cart. I stepped outside for a few minutes to make a phone call only to come back in and find my cart gone and my basket on top of the table. Well, it was the OWNER who took my cart to put dirty wash buckets in to clean the machines. Extremely rude. As a paying customer, I should have gotten more respect than that.
Half the machines never work and I had to dodge the owner on several occasions because he was going to the various machines taking the money out. He never once said ‘excuse me’ or apologize for getting in a PAYING CUSTOMER’S way.
They are way OVERPRICED and I only went there because I had a lot of laundry to do and did not want to tie up the machines at my apartment.
I wish there was a negative rating because that is what they really deserve. Horrible facility, horrible owner.
