This place has been absolutely wonderful! Kirsten the manager there is super helpful and pleasant and can answer pretty much any question related to moving. I highly recommend this facility.
I originally rented a smaller unit and needed to upgrade — Kirsten made the process easy and manageable.

Saline, MI
Not worth the amount of money they charge. Only 1 door works 9⁄10 of the time which means you have to use the IN door to get back out. The only notification of the problem is a little sign on the exit key pad. Forget it if you have a trailer or larger vehicle. More times than not I’ve been blocked inside by the semis parked in the loading docks or by someone trying to drive in. Seriously moving everything to Saulk Trail Storage a few miles down the road.

This place was hardly visible heading from US23 towards Saline. We had to pass it and start going the other way before we saw the signs. We got there and had to wait for over an hour while the attendant signed someone in ahead of us. over an hour! when we expressed displeasure with the wait time, the attendant just smiles at us condescendingly, like we have nothing better to do with our time. When we got to the storage area they had only 3 tiny carts and a pallet jack for you to take stuff to your locker. what am i supposed to do with a tiny cart? my items are huge! This place skimps in some obvious areas that are crucial to anyone wanting storage. I wouldnt recommend them honestly.
