I eat at this place very often because I have to not cause I want too. Salisbury needs a bagel place better than this that would shut this place down. It’s all very average and not good quality. A bacon, egg, and cheese consists of egg yoke microwaved, a circular piece of microwaved bacon, and American cheese.

I used to come here regularly, but the last three times I visited my bagels were stale – once, even moldy! How difficult is it to keep fresh plain bagels in stock, really??? All I know is that Giant manages to do it pretty well, which is where I go now when I need a bagel sandwich fix. I just have to make my own. Also, as others have noted, the customer service/friendliness of the staff here leaves A LOT to be desired.

Do not, I repeat do not ever waste your $ here. Yes they have fresh bagels but everything else is horrible. I have been dragged into going for over 10years with multiple friends etc and I regret every single one. If you’re going go use fake eggs and give me 1 I said ONE. did you hear that? I SAIDONEPIECEOFHAMONMYSANDWICH. Thanks for the .35 cents you put in to making a terrible sandwich. However the reason why you really shouldn’t go is the service. I have never met more unpleasant and friendly people. They could get away with being miserable people if they knew how to make a decent breakfast sandwich

I’ve frequented the Bagel Bakery quite often in the last ten years and it’s always solid. I love their bagels, the prices are great, and the crab dip melt on everything bagel is to die for. Customer service is up in the air. Sometimes I know the gals behind the counter and of course they are nice, other times the people behind the counter won’t even crack a smile or ask how they can help you. Just a blank stare waiting for you to order. The system can get a bit messy when it’s busy — they just call out the order when it’s ready and my sister had someone swipe her crab dip melt once(they take a loooong time to make). Basically, it’s a solid choice and I will continue to frequent Bagel Bakery.

The food here is good but they are always out of the basic bagel choices — onion, garlic, etc. I don’t like plain bagels every time. Make more product!

The bagels are good, and they are the only real bagels in town. BUT. The staff goes out of their way to be as nasty and rude as possible. I love bagels, and I still rarely darken their door.

OMG yes! This place is a hidden gem. It is so good. I truly think that these bagels have special powers in them… yes they are that good. I get the bacon egg and cheese on everything EVERYTIME. This everything bagel is not like any other. I think they put garlic salt or something when they bake them. I don’t know how to explain the taste. SO flavorful. SOGOOD.

The bagels are ok. Nothing spectacular. Not terrible. I think Panera is better.

Bagel Bakery is a nice choice for breakfast in Salisbury. They have a wide variety of made-on-site bagels(obviously), breakfast sandwiches, as well as some lunch options. My choice besides a bacon egg & cheese is either the pizza bagel or the crab melt bagel, both of which are delicious. Atmosphere is simple and kind of dated, but it’s still a good spot for a good bagel-centric breakfast.

I come here about five or six times a week. The owner is friendly and circulates the dining area to be sure everything is ok. It is kept clean and the crew is friendly. The food is wonderful, especially the crab dip and the pizza bagel(bagels made fresh daily). Some don’t know that you can also get a wonderful salad here. You can buy for under $ 5.00. My husband and I(and the rest of our family) have enjoyed it for years. It has become a great meeting place for many people. You can’t go wrong here. If you do seem to have a problem, speak to the owner who will try to make it right. He welcomes your comments — both positive and negative. He wants everyone’s experience to be a good one, and he will do everything he can to make it so.

Not everything is vegan so no 5 stars for me but it has great vegan goodies, and I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a bagel sandwich with nice fresh ingredients! And OMG, I went here during a Saturday at lunch time on free comic book day. And yet I still got through the line and obtained my food stuff quickly. I made it back to the comic book shop just in time for the Heroclix tournament. :)

Ok first of all. I know three stars of alittle low, but I’ve given this place a try over and over again. I’m originally from colorado where a good bagel FRESHLY made is a fine a dozen and amazing bagel shops are around every corner. That being said. The bagels are ok, ive never actually seen them making bagels or taking fresh bagels or out the oven, I have seen them out of a bag though. It really izd the only place to get a bagel in town, unless you want to go to panera, or dunkin donuts. So the competition isn’t the highest. My problem is the lack of cream cheese put on the bagel and the horrible attitudes behind the counter, lets not forget to mention the cashier, who might be the owner, who watches you’re every move to make sure you don’t read the 50 cent news paper. Because if you read it, you buy it. Overall, its not a horrible place, and the only real place to get an ok bagel, just get it togo. lol

Being a bagel place, My fiancé and I figured we would play it safe and both ordered bagels with cream cheese. Both had waaaay too much cream cheese on them.(I never thought that was a possibility until this experience…) The coffee was okay, nothing really special.

I had the toasted eggwich(with American cheese on an Everything bagel), OJ, and the Washington Post all under $ 5. That’s a miracle to the the likes of a District(of Columbia) resident who expects to pay a bit more. The prices for everything on the menu(including the pastries and coffee) are rather reasonable. The service was extremely friendly, fast, and they have FREE Wi-Fi. There’s also lots of seating areas and even a TV playing the latest late morning talk shows(i.e, Ellen). Not your typical Einstein Bagel… thank God for that. :-)

i’ve gotta say that I’ve been to this place 3 or 4 times in the last couple of months and I’ve been really pleased with my food each time. I usually try different breakfast bagels each time i go and they have all been great. Probably woulda been 5 stars, but on a couple visits the employees made it seem like a was a burden when placing my order. i’ll most certainly be going there again soon, and you should definitely give it a try. convenient location too.

I’m very lucky to have two terrific bagel places so close to me, and this one is within walking distance of my house! These bagels are true NY bagels, or at least close enough for me. My favorite item is the Crab Dip Melt. Yes, it’s a bagel with crab dip, Old Bay, and cheese toasted to gooey perfection. The breakfast bagel sandwiches are delicious and filling. The«bagel bites» are a must-try! They are little pieces of baked bagel dough heaven topped with different kinds of icing. The shop is neat and clean. Nice folks run the place. I’ve seen the same people working there for the past few years, which usually means they enjoy it. My one criticism is that they’re often out of most kinds of bagels by about 12:30 or so. They’re open until 3, I believe. I went once when they were completely out! Disappointing when you really want a crab dip melt…
