Cliff of Brainwave Computer Services, should be ashamed of himself. This dolt knows little about newer PC’s and absolutely nothing about Mac’s. He ordered a software OS for an Imac G3, and the site he ordered from was dummy proof. It not only listed the EXACT machines that the software worked on, it also gave a site to check the serial number for the machine, to make sure it was the same make and model. It also gave Apples toll free, free Technical Support Number also, and advised Cliff to call if he had any doubt. Of course, Cliff, of Brainfart Computer Services bought the wrong part. Then tried to blame everybody else for his own incompetence. He changed his story that he had an Imac Flavor, then he said the title confused him… on and on and on.
Run, and I mean RUN from this business. this guy cannot help you, he will only make your problem worse. Check his other Unilocal review…

If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would. Horrendous service, awful prices, and rude staff. Unprofessional does not even begin to sum up this dump of a computer store. Won’t even drive by it anymore.
