And here’s why… I’ve worked with many printers for professional and social work. My technical abilities in graphic design are limited(I don’t use In Design, Quark, etc. I use MS Publisher, converted to PDF). I’ve been given the attitude that these printers have to move heaven and earth just to print my documents in a decent quality. Smaller quantities always mean bigger prices, too. Contrast those experiences with Scott and Coastal Printing. He was HAPPY to help me when I explained what I needed and how I would be sending it to him. They print smaller quantities with no qualms. They answered my emails quickly and patiently. I sent the file to them by email at 5 a.m.(expecting to pick the job up 2 days later). An email arrived hours later telling me that my 150, 4-page full-color newsletters were ready to pick up at noon that same day w/o any extra charge. I sent them a PDF file converted from Publisher, and it looks great on 80# paper. My lesson learned is that I have a perfect printing service right in my own backyard with better prices than the online printers I was using — I’m glad I decided to look elsewhere for my printing needs and found Coastal Printing. They will be getting ALL of my printing work from now on.
