I came in today randomly because I started having really bad back pain after getting out of my car and barely being able to get back in. Everyone, and I mean everyone was really kind! From the front desk all the way to the physicians assistant David. He came in and introduced himself, very pretty eyes, smiling and talked with me for a little bit. Then he checked me out and found a solution. He then asked if I had any questions and talked about his own experiences. Very very polite and caring. I’m not from the Salisbury area by I hope the people of this town know they can come here for a friendly check up. It’s very clean, very short wait time, and great staff.

The location is right around a curve so I passed it at first, but once I got there it was a great experience. I did the «online scheduling» at
and was seen very close to my «scheduled» time. The nurse and the Doctor were very nice, professional and saw me quickly. The room was also comfy with a TV and remote (although I didn’t use them) and plenty of space. I have gone to a LOT of urgent cares on my life and this is my favorite.

This urgent care was exceptional! The staff was very polite, friendly, and professional. The waiting area was beautiful. It had leather chairs and classy décor. The fact that we could get our meds right there and not have to go to a separate pharmacy was ideal. Since I was sick and all, didn’t really feel much like going anywhere else. This place was excellent!

I have a hard time deciding how to rate. We had an excellent in-​office experience. We have been many times and have always been pleased with the care, the wait times, and the treatment by all staff. Our issue came in this past time when we had a prescription issue and they refused to fix it, despite having the ability to do so. I feel that the fact that they are no longer a locally owned business has created a dynamic of not caring as much. We are unsure if we plan to continue using them for our healthcare needs. We were very disappointed that they chose to deny follow-​up care to our small child. So, do with that what you will. There are other urgent care centers in the area and one is locally owned, which seems to be more invested in the outcomes of patients.

They got me in fast and the physicians assistant was great he drew a picture of my foot. He took the time to show me the different parts of the foot. They also do x-​Rays on site. It is clean and new. They also are helpful and friendly.
