Golden Corral

We were skeptical because of some of the reviews, but were very pleased. Great selection from salad all the way to dessert to include steak. Definitely would go back.

Filthy. Slippery floors. Flies everywhere. Dirty tables. Women’s bathroom is disgusting.

The wife and I stopped by last Saturday Evening. I have to argue with her to get her to go there she hates the nastyness. We got our drinks and sat down and then went to get our plates. There were three stacks of plates and there was food all over the backs of the plates. I started digging down further in the stacks and about 4 of every 5 plates had alot of food on them. I went and told the manager who said he would take care of it and sent us to another stack of plates over by the ice cream machine. They were not as bad, only every other plate had food on it. We got our money back and left. I guess I won’t be able to talk her into going there ever again.

Me and my family decided to go here for valentines day breakfast we arrived at 645 as they open at 7am as we were in our car i could see inside and my wife and i noticed that the lady who was working in the bakery did not have gloves on as she was putting out food. Then she took her hand and put her hair behind her ear and proceeded to put out food and still no gloves and did not leave the kitchen to wash her hands i then noticed that a lady with orangish like hair in a maroon shirt was in the bakery with the lady who did not have on gloves but the lady in the maroon shirt did and clearly did not mind her fellow co-​worker actions. Once rest of our family arrived we went inside around 7:08 am and were politely greeted by the cashier and at that point i requested aamanager come to our table once we walked past the area where the lady who was not wearing gloves was working which is the deli/​bakery by the chocolate fountain i seen that she still did not have gloves on. The manager finally came over and to our surprise the manager was the lady who had on the maroon shirt that was in the kitchen with the lady i was complaining about, i told and showed the manager the pics i took as proof and asked her was that her in the pic and she said yes but claimed she did not know who the lady was… really so she said that she would go talk to the lady, after about 4 minutes the so called manager returned and said that the lady said she had on gloves and after she touched her hair she washed her hands and the manager said she would have her throw out the pineapples and the manager never said sorry or anything and just walked off and never came back very unprofessional. And the lady said she washed her hands after she touched her hair but i was watching the whole time and she never left the kitchen or stopped preparing food. This location makes me wonder what they do when no one is around i worked in restaurant management before and would suggest they enforce hair net and gloves at the bare minium and also a pre shift checklist as there were many food items missing from the buffet and lot of food that did not have utensils Im betting that no ONE FROM GOLDEN CORAL WILL RESPOND TO THIS OR TAKE ANY CORRECTIVE ACTIONS PICTURES WILL BE POSTED

Obviously my comment was removed from speaking the truth about how filthy and disgusting this place is! The food was old and hard/​cold; salad wasn’t even made had to wait for a girl who was flirting with a guy to make the salad. My server never served my table or took my dishes away I paid 15 $ for myself and my daughter was free most disgusting place ever never going back unless under new management

This is the nastiest Golden Corral I have visited. When we walked in it smelled like old rags. The lady upfront said it was a spill on the carpet. Once we left the main entrance the smell continued. Will not come back!

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being exceptionally good, this Golden Corral is a one, meaning «NOT» good. And it’s early in the morning too (9:30am) so their is no excuse for not policing the food. I’m not condemning all Golden Corral’s because Easton, Md, & Lexington Park, Md have THE BEST Golden Corral’s of any place I’ve gone to. The quality of the food in the Golden Corral here in Salisbury, North Blvd, is lacking. I picked thru the salad bar spinach, which was not fresh only to find a few good leaves. Nearly 60% of it had dark or rotten leaves in it. A concoction of sausage, cheese, & cornbread was dry looking; the fried chicken was white rather than golden brown; the bread pudding was a thick crumbled up mess with NO sauce on it. Bottom line is my stomach may tell the real story later on because if it’s bad going in, it’s going to bad coming out.

Not bad for the money. Good selection of buffet items to please most pallets. Steak bar (all u can eat) after 4:00.

Great food! Like the comfy seats and televisions. Staff were very friendly and polite!

I love this place!!! I come here to let out my inner «big girl». The price is right, the employees are pleasant and attentive, everything is clean, and the food is AMAZING.
Some buffet places have the tendency to have cold food, which is never the case at Golden Corral. You can be assured that you will have fresh, hot food that does not taste microwaved.
My personal favorites were the mashed potatoes and lasagna but there was a huge selection! From soul food to the asian station, they have it all. Their desserts are also great. It was hard to just pick one as everything looked equally delicious. But, you’re at a buffet afterall, so why choose just one??? No judgements here.
Its terrible that we don’t have one of these in NYC. Whenever I go on road trips to the eastern shore/​ocean city, this is always on my itinerary!

I thought I wrote a review when I came back from my trip to the eastern shore last June. Guess I didn’t lol. But anyways great food selection and great food I’ll be coming back to Maryland in June that might be my first stop
