Lowes of Salisbury

Just went in to check out the ceiling fans and lights section. The store was neat, organized and well-​staffed. I am glad that I didn’t require any assistance as no one said anything to me until I was leaving, but at least she was courteous and wished me a good day.

I must say the only reason I gave them one Star is because that’s the only option. If you don’t feel like reading all of it just do yourself a favor and drive to lowes in Seaford Delaware which there is also no sales tax in DE. I had a full bathroom on carts, $ 3000 worth of merchandise. I waited for 50 minutes for someone to help me look at a bathroom vanity, their Plumbing Pro said they didn’t have it which I understand and I asked if any of the other stores had it then they proceeded to tell me «No Lowes at all had it» and it would be three weeks before they would get a 48 inch vanity in. They never even went to the computer or called any other stores ??? They just said no and walked away from us and we were like «Hey is that it? You’re not going to help us?» and he said «We don’t have anything so we can’t do anything for you». So I called Seaford Delaware Lowe’s and they had exactly what I needed. It was like pulling teeth to try and get someone to help you. Whoever the store manager is at Salisbury lowe’s is doing a crappy job hiring people!
