I’ve been here a few times and have always found the sales associates to be helpful and friendly. The kids’ section is normally well organized unless there’s a sale, but it’s always easy to find what you’re looking for pretty quick.

I went to the MAC counter at Macy’s in Salisbury mall and was helped by a young lady named Jenn. I must first start the letter by saying I have never been treated as nicely and as professional as I was treated by Jenn on September 29, 2014 at 7pm. I made an appointment to have my face done for my birthday party that night, the person who made the appointment didn’t notify me that there was a $ 50 minimum for me to have my entire face made up. So when I asked Jenn was it free, she said no — but since nobody told me and my birthday was that day she agreed out of the kindness of her heart to do my makeup for free. I am forever in Jenn’s debt because I literally looked amazing. She was sweet, outgoing, and made me and my friends laugh with her stories and her positive attitude. I recommend the MAC counter and Jenn to anyone who wants to look beautiful for their event — there is a $ 50 minimum purchase though :) Thank you a million more times, to the moon and back Jenn! A few months ago I was at the Macy’s in Salisbury Maryland where I made a purchase of some cologne. The cashier asked me to swipe my debit card and type in my pin. After doing this, she claimed that the transaction didn’t go through and to re-swipe my card and re-enter my pin, so I did. A month later I received my debit card statement where I noticed two identical charges for $ 95.40. So naturally I called the customer support number,(1−888−229−1322), and told them what happened. They claimed they could not re-fund my money because my pin number for my debit card was entered twice. They also said that I could have purchases two identical colognes two different times and they could not re-fund my money. Now I understand that individuals must try to fraud Macy’s out of money all the time and that since I did indeed type my pin number in the POS system twice that it could look like I made two identical purchases, however, if there was a way to look at the exact time that the«purchases» were made you would see that they were made less than 20 seconds apart. I also understand that the turnover rate for salespersons at Macy’s must be relatively high and I am willing to chalk this up to a simple clerical error, provided I receive my $ 95.40 back. I am not a criminal; I am simply a college student Salisbury University. I have no criminal record and actually have enjoyed shopping at Macy’s throughout the years. However, this interaction with Macy’s may deter me from shopping there ever again.
