If I had to rank every customer service interaction I’ve ever had with everyone – from top to bottom. And then I analyzed all of my worst customer service interactions and put them in a March Madness-​esque bracket, my experience at Mike’s would not only be a #1 seed, but it’d destroy the competition.
«The blonde woman» at this place rattled me with rudeness. But it wasn’t even so much normal rudeness. It honestly was kind of frightening/​disturbing… like she might not even be cognizant of what the heck comes out of her mouth. Like someone that had a stroke and came out on the other side with altered, broken emotions.
I don’t know what her story is. I don’t honestly care. If it’s drugs, mental illness, or being generally miserable. Whoever thought that putting her behind the counter to handle their business though is just as out-​of-​their-​mind.
Get it together, or close up your shop.

I have to strongly disagree with the comments on the blonde, I met her for the first time with my boyfriend over the weekend and she was an absolute pleasure. She knew a ton about horoscopes and gave us a few laughs. I will absolutely be back to Mike’s whenever we are in the area.

Yet another review about the dangerous blond woman who works there. My recent situation was probably the worst I have experienced in my life. Public should be warned not to go there. It’s a safety risk. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Wayne the owner is a great guy but too bad that he hires people that should not be working with the public.

The one star is because no stars was not an option. I haven’t met Mike but it sounds like he might be a nice guy. The blond woman who works there may need some help because the way she treats customers is beyond anything I have ever seen or heard! She brings rude to a new level!

The women that works here is a wacko. She is arrogant and insensitive to people. She should not be working here. The owner is a good guy… but he should not allow this woman to work here. Get rid of her.

A completely psycho woman works here the blond low life, she is dangerously crazy! Run in the other direction. Mike the owner however is a good guy he needs to screen his help with greater caution! Plenty other options plus New Hampshire discount outlet are close by

If you live anywhere near this place and don’t go here you are blowing it.
This place is open till 11pm 362 days a year. «oh man its sunday all the liquor stores are closed early wahhhh» that’s a joke this place is never closed; so solid. This place has a great selection of everything you need great beer, hard booze, and wine. And Wayne the owner who is the man, is working there everyday and can give you great recommendations on everything they have; even the movies you can rent there.
Its always open, theres always parking, its always the best deal around. like i said before if your not going here you’re blowing it.
