These pretzels taste like carnival or fair pretzels– definitely different from Auntie Anne’s or Pretzel Time. The inside of the shop is tight– not a good place if you’re claustrophobic. It’s connected to g’latto– so any sweet tooth should be satisfied. However, there’s no inside seating, but a few two-person tables are outside if you wish to watch traffic and stare at the Burger King or music store. You get 3 for $ 3, which ends up being a good value because even if you add a dip, the most expensive one is 75 cents. Plus the frequent visitors card allows you to get 10 free pretzels after 10 visits. While the pretzel was 4 stars, the fifth star is given for customer service and the coupon you get for your next visit– buy 3, get 3 free. With so many deals, it’s hard not to take their customer service/marketing into account!
