After calling multiple places for a heating element for my dryer this what the last place I found. I called the man on the phone was super nice told me he was going to double check that he had it. He did finally I found a place that had it in stock that day! A little more expensive than going to Sears but saved me time and hassle! Plus worked with me so that I could pick it up after hours on Saturday he went above and beyond! Thanks again!

Purchased a Maytag dishwasher before we discovered that Maytag was purchased by Whirlpool. What a crap product! In less than 3 years the control panel failed to the tune of $ 286. When we informed Richard’s, we we told that they had numerous complaints regarding the control panel (google it) and we were encouraged to contact Whirlpool directly. So much for any sense of obligation by Richard’s. When a new machine cost $ 600, It’s obvious that Whirlpool/​Richards prefers to make money off the repair rather than compete on quality. Will never purchase a product manufactured by Whirlpool or sold/​serviced by George’s again.
