I was somewhat excited to visit my first Roly Poly! I enjoy wraps and was interested to see this chain’s approach to them. I ordered the 12-inch buffalo chicken(without tomatoes as I knew it’d be messy and I’m not a big fan of them). I enjoyed the warmth and somewhat pressed/hot feeling to it. The menu’s description of this wrap looked better on the menu versus the actual cooked item. The flavor was decent but it was still runny with a lot of sauce dripping from it. The baja chicken soup is quite good! I am happy to continue trying other items at RP’s as I feel I visited on an «off» day.

I hadn’t been here in a while and thought it would be nice to take a trip across town… Well I should have saved my gas. It took me nearly 15 minutes to get turkey and cheese wrap. Really, I could have gotten a cheesesteak or a five guys burger in that time. The one person who was cooking was talking to some friends she knew. This was not a quick lunch. There are too many other options in that area, to waste time with sluggish service.

Great food, but horrible service. I have been cut off short on the phone while ordering more then once. Had my order messed up more then once. One rude person on the phone told me they were too busy to take my order. Another rude person told me to go online to place my order. They need to hire a nicer staff and have time to do their job.

There is by far nothing fast about this establishment! We spent 30 minutes waiting on one 12 inch sub that was at best mediocre. We could have gotten the same thing at wawa up the street & spent half the money, a quarter of the time & it surely would have tasted better. Had they had more than two people working on a Saturday at lunch time I feel I would have had more patience, but when there are only two people scheduled, one of which is just standing there watching the other so all of the work, it’s a bit agitating. This is the first time and only time that I will visit this establishment. NEVERAGAIN!

Roly Poly is a great, fast lunch option. They have a ton of wrap options, both cold and hot-pressed. If they don’t satisfy, you can always build-your-own. I frequent here about once every other week and it’s always packed during peak lunch time. The service is excellent and the staff is very nice. If it’s a little slower the person who made your wrap will bring it right to your table. All of the wraps I’ve experienced(about 15 – 20 different ones) have all been very flavorful or tasty. While the food isn’t «fresh» per say, keep in mind this is a lunch place built on efficiency for getting people a delicious meal and have them on their way back to work. That’s not to say the food or atmosphere aren’t great though, and in reality both are great. If comparing to Subway, which is close in category(think fairly healthy), this place puts it under the table.

We chose to go here because we wanted something fresh and didn’t want to wait around for a sit down meal. First of all, it was lunch time and the place was empty except for two old ladies sitting in the corner. That should have been the first clue to get up out of there(the lack of people, not the old ladies). Secondly, I could see all the pre-cooked ingredients still in their original packaging. I got some sort of chicken wrap and my wife got a veggie wrap. They were flavorless! It like a wrap assembly line adding basic ingredients, no seasoning, and then adding some sort of salad dressing on the side. I should have charged them to eat that. Do yourself a favor and hit up the deli or Five Guys across the street. Never again!

They use tasty, fresh, quality ingredients in their wraps. They have a lot of menu choices, or you can order your own custom wrap. However, every time I go there, it seems like you get a little less food(for the same price of course). They have frozen yogurt, but only one flavor and it’s only marginally good. Still, probably your best option around if you want a light, healthy meal on the cheap. I usually get it to go; I can’t stand the country music they play, or Fox News on the TV.
