If you actually want to study, you may be better off going to a Starbucks. Several people having conversations on their cell phones. I was so disgusted when I went to complain and the female stated that it’s generally quiet on the second floor. ??? Is there no policy against cell phone usage??? I tried both floors and on the third floor, there is no water allowed.

Lady down stairs were kinda rude, but the upstairs librarians were very nice & helpful. Was able to sign in as a guest, use the internet, printer, and copier for a reasonable fee (internet was free).
