called 12⁄23 belt in dryer needed replaced, was told part will come in the following week. 4 weeks later, I will still given the ‚“it hasn’t come in yet”. finally, we had to order the part ourselves, shipped over night and Sean installed. Sean did an excellent job and very pleasant but those people ordering parts are idiots! Never again will I use shore appliance or recommend to anyone. One star is for Sean.
