I’ve visited so many Starbucks before around the US, this particular location in Salisbury, deserves beyond 5 stars! The staff goes above and beyond with their customer service!!! The service is quick, drinks are accurate, clean, and spacious (indoors and outdoors seating). I sit here for several hours every day doing work (fast Wi-​Fi), and I observe how nice they are to everyone (I love Gary, Matt and Festus)! It almost feels like the customers are not only loyal to the Starbucks brand, but the employees that work in there! 98% of the times, I drink Cappuccino and the baristas try to get me to change up and I order something different. Repeat customer at this location!

This is a great Starbucks. The staff is extra welcoming and friendly, and they’ll get to know your name if you’re a regular. Service is prompt and drinks overall are prepared very well. Plenty of seating indoor and outdoor, fast wifi, good amount of parking, no drive thru.

It’s a Starbucks. It is very similar to the thousands of other Starbucks locations, with one caveat: there is a guy named Festus who often works the counter there, and he is so unflaggingly friendly and solicitous that I would genuinely rather drink my coffee here than in the independent place around the corner. I hope they pay him well.

The only issue I have with this Starbucks is that it is always freezing inside especially during the winter! I asked them to turn up thermostat once and I overheard one of the staff say that it read 66 degrees in there! Mind you, this was when it was about 20 degrees outside. Otherwise the staff is friendly usually providing good customer service. This Starbucks is definitely my go to place for coffee and to study.

This is the Starbucks I go to because it’s closer than their other location. I’m a Coffee purist and usually order their «brew of the day» so I don’t know much about the more elaborate drinks. I do know they make good Teavana shaken green tea drinks. The Coffees I’ve had as of late were the Italian Roast, Thanksgiving Blend and Christmas Blend. No drinks have been a disappointment. The times I got a baked good were pleasant. Their pre-​packaged Quinoa Salad was delicious. I don’t know most of the Baristas by name but they always do a good job. Festus is one standout Barista who is efficient. My cups of coffee have been outstanding. The décor and plush leather couches and chairs are wonderful when drinking in. Repeat customer. Making another trip very soon.

This is now my favorite Starbucks in the area. I like that it is roomier than the north location and it seems as if there is also a larger selection of grab-​and-​go sandwiches and pastries. There is no drive-​through and there seems to be a decent amount of parking. However, I wonder what it is like when school is in session and the residence hall is packed? Is there even parking? Getting in and out of the parking lot is a pain in the ass. I can definitely see how this particular Starbucks can be really busy during the school year.
