The Waffle House

Salisbury — Jake Alexander location.
On the way to vote Saturday morning, stopped in this Waffle House location for breakfast.
Very impressive for the Manager to be personally at the door, opening and greeting each customer as they enter. Very pleasant fellow, helpful and accommodating.
After a short wait to be seated, our waitress service was good, food order taken and accurately presented in a very timely manner.
The only food critique I can give is that my waffle was very slightly undercooked. The texture of it was more like pancakes, not the slight crispiness of a waffle I believe should have. This no doubt was caused by the cook rushing to keep his production up, as the store was very busy at the moment. Not a deal breaker, just an observation for things to improve if possible.
Not the absolute best Waffle House experience I’ve ever had, but a million light years better than the Salisbury Waffle House on East Innes Street.

We left immediately, especially when your not greeted and as soon as you seat yourself a roach is waiting. The places didn’t look appealing at all despite not being full.

This is the best service I have ever had at a Waffle House! The manager has this place running like a well oiled machine!

This may be one of the best waffle houses in the Salisbury area. It is very clean inside, the staff are friendly, and the food is good. I don’t really eat at waffle house as much because a lot of them are… well you know… kind of nasty. But you can rest assure that this one off of Jake Alexander Boulevard is a very good one!

Very good experience with breakfast for three adults. The pecan waffles were yummy, and all the eggs, toast, sausage, bacon and grits were just right. Excellent service. Very clean. The place was hopping this morning.

This is the best waffle house in the are. The service is quick and attentive and if there is a wait, you are given water or coffee and accommodated like a five star place. There is one closet to me but each time I go there I never actually eat, because something happens. This one is always on point.

This was another great Waffle House experience. The place was super clean, the service was great, the food was delicious, the jukebox was solid, the staff was kind, and some other stuff. If you like the classic experience, you need to come on by here. Dooooo iiiiiiiit.

How can you not love the Waffle House? The basics of breakfast at one low price? And good, down home service? I like it.
