This Gentlemen came to my house, spent a fair amount of time having me explain what I needed accomplished. I don’t recall him taking measurements or not but in any case.
He gets back to me me several weeks later letting me know that he is to busy to even write me an estimate. Mind you a mini split system is not rocket science and the install was pretty basic (mount on wall, run lines through wall, mount unit on opposite side of wall. I think the most extensive part of this install would have been a 40 foot electrical run (I know — challenging).
At any rate I give this organization a big thumbs down. Thanks for wasting both of our time.

Dave was very honest and knowledgeable. He quickly evaluated our air conditioning problems and recommended changes in 20 minutes (something another un-​named HVAC company could not do in 4 visits to our home). He explained the reasoning behind the failures and has a great business policy of not charging the customer until the problem is fixed. The labor rates are very reasonable, especially for his expertise. I know the job will be done right. Dave knew about all of the latest codes and policies so that all of his work will be correct to current standards.
I very highly recommend Absolute Quality, even more so after dealing with other scam artist «maintenance» a/​c companies that only fix the bare minimum so they can keep coming back. Dont hesitate to give Dave a call! Your only disappointment will be that you didn’t discover Absolute Quality earlier!

Dave is fair, fast and knows his stuff. He quickly determined that our furnace was shot, and had a new one in the next day for a lot less than I had expected. He is a good, old fashioned honest businessman.
