Adatto

Nope. Don’t do it. I eventually got my suit after a long and painful process with their consultant in Las Vegas (Travis Kai Torres) who decided to pursue his reality TV career and not deliver my suit.
I eventually received my suit after threatening legal action and due to another ‘style consultant’ who happen to be leaving Addatto offered to deliver it. The suit came out OK.
They promised me a free shirt as compensation for the sever inconvenience. That was over three months ago. I have yet to receive it and get no response when I try to contact them.
This is an extremely disorganized, unethical, and poorly managed company with a mediocre product.
There are several other services out there with much better track records. Let me recommend H.M. Cole, a much better quality and a more organized suit service, opposed to this train wreck.

From the time I ordered my suit to the time it arrived was almost a year.
The suit is good – not the very best, but certainly worth the money. The people where good too, very nice and professional.
My beef is the number of times my order was delayed – usually without telling me so, the high turn-​over in staff (3 reps over 11 months), and the overall disorganization within the company – no one knew the status of my order.
Their rebranding from Dress Code to Adatto also strikes me as shady.

Adatto, formerly known as The Dress Code. WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! Total scam. The Dress Code has 1.5 stars on Unilocal for a reason.

I thought I liked the suit I got from Jos. A Bank until I decided to order a custom suit through Adatto. Now, the other suit is just collecting dust in my closet!
I had seen on Facebook that I have a friend, Scott Cluff, who works for Adatto so I figured I’d give it a try. It never hurts to have two suits. He came by my house and showed me everything Adatto has to offer but he made the whole process very simple. He knows style very well so I told him to just tailor a suit in which he could take pride.
A few short weeks later, I received the final product and it fits perfectly! I proudly wear the suit everywhere I go and can’t tell you how many compliments I’ve received about it! Huge kudos to Scott. I highly recommend him and Adatto not only on here but to everyone I talk to about suits!
