Made an appointment with Shane To look over my car. He never showed and I’m told by employees he won’t be in today. When making my appointment he was eager to get me in and help me with my frustrating situation and promised me he’s honest a great repair guy. If you can’t hold an appointment with new clients don’t expect to have much business. I won’t be back

Bellingham, WA
Uhaul sent us here when our A/​C in the rental box truck went out as we were passing through SLC, on our way from Houston to Bellingham, WA. These guys were really nice and helpful and had us back on the road in about 45 minutes. And they have a cute doggy that I got to play fetch with :) AMR was definitely a welcome relief to all the stress that Uhaul has caused us during this trip.
