Made an appointment a week ago. And they cancelled the day of, like I didn’t reschedule my work around their«first available appointment.» I am so disappointed because I need a lot of projects I need done, and was looking forward to a long relationship with this company. I will have to take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this business that does not take their commitments seriously.

I needed a bad saddle valved removed from a copper water pipe because it was leaking. I imagined to myself this could end up costing me a couple hundred to repair. The repair man seemed very knowlegeable and even went around our house to do some minor adjustments to our toilets. He pointed out that I neededed a new expansion tank for the water heater so I went ahead and gave him the go ahead on top of the job of removing the section of pipe containing two saddle valves and putting in a new section with the proper valves. He did a great job and it only took him about an hour to do the whole thing. It wasn’t till afterwards did I started thinking that the 700 dollars it cost just seemed too much. I made the mistake of not asking for an itemized explaination of all costs because I still cant figure out why it cost so much unless these technicians get paid at a rate of 400 bucks and hour, because I am farily sure that not more than 200 dollars in parts were used. I highly recommend this company is price doesn’t matter to you.

I thought that their price was high($ 415 to install two pounds of refrigerant, which sells for about $ 400 for a 30 pound container), but their technician was very knowledgable and professional and got my air conditioner operating in a timely manner. I should have told them that I use Unilocal.A price of $ 200 would have got them a 4-star rating; under $ 150, five stars for sure.
