This store gets an A+ for customer service. The Sales Manager, Matthew was terrific to deal with via email. I live in VT and was thinking of ordering a set of couches from his store. He was so helpful and responsive it made trying to do the purchase long distance as easy as it could be. He even spent time tracking down the least expensive shipping company for us. I am very picky on who I chose to do business with and find it rare to see such a level of customer service like that today. Thanks Matt!

I’ve purchased a few pieces from this store over the years and have never been disappointed. Even with the normal wear and tear, our coffee table and bench still look amazing and get lots of compliments! I recently visited the store again, this time for a twin mattress. Prices are still a bit more than I wanted to pay due to the higher quality of their items(we needed a mattress for just a couple of weeks and didn’t want to spend too much), but salesperson was never rude, or unfriendly, or rolled his eyes after we honestly said that prices were not what we were willing to pay. Instead he offered great suggestions and also spent some time going over the different quality and materials used in a mattress, this even knowing that we weren’t going to buy one at that time. We will be back soon anyway, as we will be purchasing a king size in the next few months! Be sure to check out their website for special deals and coupons offered from time to time. I am writing to revise my earlier post due to the fact that a major miscommunication occurred among all parties involved. I want to commend Matt of Bradley’s Sleep Center for his and Serta’s goodwill in reaching out to me to resolve the matter concerning the re-measuring of my mattress. This business took the extra step of seeing to it that I get the full exchange price on a new mattress of my choice(no further inspection or measuring required), which is scheduled to be delivered to my home within the next few days. I am very impressed with Serta’s new«i Series» pillow top foam/coil mattress, with a 25 year warranty and a 4 month trial period! Now, this is truly impressive customer service, as I believe that if a company is willing to earn my trust in the manner that Bradley’s has, I totally support them in their efforts. I want to thank Matt for facilitating the mattress switch-out and accommodating me in selecting a replacement mattress. Thanks, you guys, for bringing this matter to such a fair and generous resolution!

Found a great mattress way cheaper than other places because it was a different brand but this one had a longer warranty! They also have cute cabin feel furniture.

As you can tell from the response by Bradley’s Sleep Etc. to my bad review of their store that they are a terrible company, not only did they lie about my experience but they also blamed all of the problems on me, let me clarify: First they blamed the mixed up order on me and said all prices were clearly marked, so when I clearly tell the salesman that I wanted a specific futon mattress and frame and he doesn’t write it up correctly because he is busy looking at sports on the computer and doesn’t care about the my order this is my fault according to the store. Then when my incomplete futon order arrives and I call the store asking where the frame is that I had told the clerk I wanted this is considered«complaining» according to Bradley’s. The frame I had requested was not a $ 300 dollar frame but a less expensive $ 150 frame and they never told me that it would be a floor model that had been abused on the floor for months. In the response to my bad review the salesperson lied when he said that they gave me a free replacement frame when it broke the first time, this never happened. What did happen was after only having the futon for only 3 weeks a part broke under normal use and I was told I could pick up the part from their store and fix it myself which is difficult especially if you haven’t ever disassembled a futon frame before and the process took an hour to fix, also I wasn’t offered an apology from store for the inconvenience. Then over the course of the year 6 different parts broke on this futon and I was forced to wait for replacement parts each time and fix the frame myself, it was during these times that I fixed the frame that I noticed the sun fading on the wood which indicated that the frame had been a floor model for awhile not for just two weeks like they claimed. Also while fixing the frame I noticed that it wasn’t even assembled correctly by the store the first time and was missing 2 support brackets which probably added to the frame falling apart. The store never offered any apologies for the various parts that broke on the futon like they claimed, and once again the store lied in their response to my review when they said one of the parts they replaced was one that I had lost, this never happened. When the cheaply made futon did start breaking the store blamed the problem on me and said I was abusing the frame, which I never did. Bradleys furniture lied again when they said that I abused the frame and would«plop down on it», I never was rough with the futon and it broke under normal wear and tear because it was poorly made. To further illustrate how poorly made the frame is parts broke on it 7 different times over the course of 13 months, also the manufacturer only offers a 1 year warranty on the frame so even they know it is not going to last and they don’t want to be liable after a year. So in closing Bradleys has been dishonest about their dealings with me and has blamed everything on me and called me a «complainer», so I guess if you want to get ripped off and then get blamed for any problems use their store, if not I would highly recommend going somewhere else, because you can tell from my review and their response that they need to learn about customer service.

Finally, a furniture/mattress place with NO hard sell! Just patient, attentive Chad(owner) who apparently trusts his customers to know what they want. He offered information about the items only when we needed him to, and never pushed what he somehow sensed we wouldn’t be interested in. My mother picked out her Serta mattress set, Chad showed me an Internet sale price that I hadn’t known about, and the delivery charge was reasonable. They even delivered the set a day before scheduled! As someone who was trying to plan this present from out of state, Unilocal came through for me yet again. I didn’t want a large, impersonal store with pushy salespeople. What I got was one-on-one help, stellar customer service, and an overjoyed mother who now sleeps better than she has in years. This experience couldn’t have been better. Thanks, Bradley’s!

Amazing place to shop for a mattress. I am pretty obsessive about purchasing a mattress as I don’t want to get something that kills my back. I went to Bradley’s several times and I always felt like I wasn’t being sold to and the owner was very patient and helpful with answering all my questions even after telling him I wasn’t buying that day. After looking all around town I went back to Bradley’s and decided to buy a new Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress. The price was the best in town, the service was amazing, and they even offered free shipping as I purchased it on Labor Day Weekend. The best place to purchase a mattress by far. Don’t bother with the used car salesman vibe of most other places. Believe me, the mattress game is a racket and you will be lied to by most places. Just save your time and money and shop at Bradley’s. You won’t be disappointed.
