Burger King

I eat fast food type places maybe 6 times a year. Not a huge fan of any of it other than In N Out, but I came here with expectations gauged as I know what I should be expecting from a Burger King. I went specifically for their 10 nugget deal. I argue that the nuggets they serve during their 10 nugget deal for 1.99, are not the same nuggets they normally sell. I feel like they’re a lower quality nugget, which made me feel ripped off as a consumer. That’s a beef with the corporation of Burger King though. My only complaint with this specific location is that I waited at the drive through for 12 minutes which seems a little long for drive through time. I mean I smoke an entire J in that time that I was supposed to be saving for right before the meal. Thanks BK!

Worst food ever cold and stale tasted like it had been sitting around for over a week couldn’t even finish eating it so gross

We went for the new black whooper for Halloween. Drive thru was busy so we went inside… every table was dirty… so we got our order to go. when we got home they only gave us normal bread for our whooper. I gave the store a call to let them know what happened and I got a male manager who said he was sorry… I explained that was the only reason why we came… we told the register lady this as well. I said sarcastically thanks for the great customer service he said your welcome and hung up on me. I will never be back

This restaurant was constructed and finished in 2014. We decided to have this place as our Sunday night venue to dine in. Upon arrival, we saw that the drive thru line was very busy, so we went in.
There wasn’t much of a line, so we got to our order quickly. Moments later, local beggars entered and it looked as if this was their local place to be when they’re done begging people on the streets as we witnessed them spat on the restaurant’s floor.
10 minutes have passed and we noticed that other customers were receiving their order after we placed ours. I’m a fairly patient guy, but that patience grew extremely thin when I went to the order counter and apparently…
…they were happy to charge my card, but neglected to have our order put together. The lady that took our order hand delivered our food and I asked to see a supervisor. The supervisor arrives and I voiced his team’s incompetence in a calm manner.
He seemed disinterested to make things right and apparently he wasn’t aware of what’s going on in his entire restaurant. That says enough about him. We finished dining and left.
On some positive note, this new establishment is modern, including the drink dispenser, it was clean with the exception of the beggars, the fries were great but the burgers (x3 of them) tasted like they came out of a microwave.

This location is terrible. The food ever seems to be fresh and does not taste good at all. The staff just doesn’t care about the food, the service, or anything! I will never go here again.

I like Burger King solely because I’m a vegetarian and they have a kick ass veggie burger. That said, I’m so so so tired of paying an extra .60, on an already pricy burger, for cheese, which only ends up on my sandwich about a third of the time. Really frustrating.

Elizabeth decided to charge me for cheese and when it wasn’t put in my bigger she handed me cheese. Wtf.
This ONE star is for the shake, I guess. I’d rather have given ZERO.
First, I ordered a whopper with cheese. I got no cheese in mine. Okay, I’ll have them remake it right? NO. Elizabeth handed me 2 slices of cheese in a paper wrapper. What in the world… umm, NO. Just NO. You don’t hand me cheese, you remake the item you didn’t make right in the first place. Did the cheese melt itself? NO. Was the «standard» for Burger King upheld? NO. My chicken sandwich that was supposed to be a regular, crispy chicken sandwich had the spicy sauce on it. WHY!!! I didn’t order it like that so why did it come to this patron like that? The cleanliness of the store was just that. NOT clean. Soda fountain area a mess. Trash on the floor. The restaurant wasn’t even near busy. Excuse? There is none.
I HATE going to Burger King. I will NOT give in to my cousins who like Burger King more than they should. Customer officially lost.

This Burger King just completely remodeled with a new look and their new drink system that adds flavors to your drink. Too bad they hired morons. I’ve been there three times since they remodeled and every single time they got my order completely wrong. I love Burger King for one thing. Their burgers. Specifically the Texas double whopper that isn’t on the menus. But it’s not worth it if they can’t hire someone that knows how to put the correct burger in the bag or just leave the onions off. Very disappointing service.

Bout the only time I like fast food places is for breakfast and then only when I’m traveling. Don’t want to spend an hour or more in a sitdown restaurant so to speak. These places are ok. You just have to make sure you have enough napkins or take a roll of paper towels with you to soak up all the grease. Then it’s not to bad.
