Chase Drive-Up

Totally great for business bankers… Maybe not so much for the small guys. We love our business account. I cannot speak for what it is like for personal banking, but the staff have always been super friendly and helpful to me when doing all of my transactions here.
Our business banking needs are met with 1 savings and 2 checking accounts. The savings account does not yield a high interest at present, but in the past we have had great success with high interest sweep accounts. Our two checking accounts are designed for money to be deposited ACH into one and transferred into the main account for withdrawals. This way no one has our main checking account number, which is also protected with a Positive Pay system where we verify every check that clears against us to prevent fraud.
One feature that I love that Chase has set us up with is an in-​house scanner for depositing checks. I go to the branch now once a week instead of daily to make our deposits. I can scan everything in my office just like they do in branch. This cuts down on my travel time and is more practical for the amount of checks we deposit daily. This is not a feature for everyone, but I think many larger businesses might find it appealing.
I am also a fan of what they call «Santa Cash» which are crisp bills that you can get in December to give as Christmas bonuses, etc. It is a nice touch for us to be able to give our employees each year. It is usually a good idea to call ahead and reserve some early in the month.
As far as banking institutions go, I can recommend this branch at least for businesses.

Just get a credit union. If corporations are people, banks are child molesters.
