My first Chick-fil-A experience was here. It was a divine metaphysical revelation. The spicy chicken sandwich is my new vice. Very efficient/friendly workers. Food was fresh and on point.

People pretty much know what is offered at Chick-fil-a, so i’ll skip that… I’ll mention this a very busy location in the mall. Because it’s so busy I have seen problems like; mixed up orders, and people walking away with the wrong order, etc. Food quality is consistent with other Chick-fil-a’s, but you might want to check that bag before you walk away… fortunately they are very good about fixing an issue when they come up.

As always, my visit to Chick Fil-A was their pleasure… but also mine. The chicken was standard(for Chick Fil-A) and delicious. I was given several sauces per my request. And my Diet Dr. Pepper was delicious. They really had their syrup to soda water ratio dialed in today. I expected nothing less, of course. Also, my meal radiated good, traditional values and therefore improved my overall mood and energy level.

I love this place but it’s the second time I’ve been and the oil is just not fresh enough. I think they need to change their oil more frequently. It’s not that big of a deal by over used oil in fast food give fries a kind of funny smell. I’m sure being in a mall, they have high traffic, hence the should change the oil more often. Once is ok but this is the second time.

I’m not quite sure what happened to this place, but I used to really enjoy it. The food was always fresh and came fast. Last time I ate here was in mid afternoon at about 230. I ordered a sandwich and fries but it took 19 minutes to receive my order. The line wasn’t long and I was passed up by numerous other ppl who ordered after me. I walked up to the front counter and a girl apologized for the delay but said it would be another 5 minutes or so. I work in the mall and only have a half hour lunch. Waiting 19 minutes for fast food seems a little ridiculous if u ask me.

Yes, I am reviewing a fast food chain. This location seems to be less friendly than others, but probably because of its locale in a food court and the fact that it’s the busiest Chick-fil-A in town. The free refills take longer to get, they don’t bring the food out to you… etc– stuff that other locations are able to do. The nice thing is that their location does allow for other dining options(i.e.: I want Chick-fil-A, Bobby wants Subway) and the bathrooms in that food court are immaculate. Oh– and the food? Just like any other Chick-fil-A, surprise, surprise!

I am gluten free and chick-fil-a has so many options. All of their dipping sauces are Gluten free, as well as the salad dressings. You can get their strips and nuggets grilled-without breading– and they are so yummy! The cashier was super friendly and asked if it was a allergy and made a note to have the cook change his gloves. All Chcik-fil-A’s are great, and at this one, the people are always awesome and having more gluten free options in downtown is a huge plus!

Easily one of the best fast food places in town. I visit here because I work upstairs. Their line may seem super long, but it goes by faster than me eating my sandwich. Don’t let the length of the line discourage you. I came to check out city creek on one of their crazy busy opening nights and it was packed. The long was suspiciously long but I wanted to try it nevertheless. The manager said it was a two minute wait and he wasn’t lying. I got the spicy chicken deluxe which comes with pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Very tasty and very thick, juicy chicken. Not like your frozen chicken patty from other fast food places. The service is ridiculous, like so good it’s almost disgusting. They have employees running around the seating area asking if you need refills on your drink. They’ll run and get you a refill without you leaving your seat. They also ask how your food is and take your garbage away when you’re done. This was better service than most sit down restaurants. Overall I was very impressed with this chick-fil-a and their waffle fries are as good as everyone raves.

Chick-Fil-A has the best chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches of any fast food chain anywhere, period. It’s so good that there needs to be another class, a higher level, of fast food distinction. The fresh squeezed lemonade is phenomenal and… I almost forgot– the waffle fries. The french fry has seen one of the greatest improvements and innovations in potato history… the waffle cut. Not only are the fries cooked perfectly crispy but they, because of their unique cut, become a vessel for transporting as much sweet BBQ sauce possible in one bite. Kinda like a potato spoon you can eat. The worst part of it all is that you have to eat in one of the worst malls known to mankind. But at least Chick-Fil-A is the lonely single shining light in the darkness that is Crossroads Mall Food Court. Chick-Fil-A…I love you.
