Dmv Motor Vehicle Registration Customer Service

Besides the super long wait due to what felt like half the city being here at the same time. I read the directions on their web site and brought all of my paperwork as required. Filled out the form at the entrance and patiently waited in the very air conditioned large room. It almost feels weird to say but really other than the wait I had a very pleasant experience. The girl that helped me was super nice and I had my license renewed after about two minutes after reaching the counter. I expected to chit chat while I waited for documents to run through or to be told I brought the wrong forms, but by the time she told me she had just transferred to this dmv she was already sending me on my way with a smile and my new temporary license.
Speechless.

My very first DMV experience; anyone who’s ever the DMV play out on film knows exactly why I was unsure how the whole experience would go down. Much to my surprise, the employees were absolutely wonderful. The citizens were the ones with attitudes up the ol’ chocolate starfish. But overall, a great experience. Keep up the fantastic work! :)

i was in and out of the dmv in around 20 minutes. yup. go on tuesdays in the morning. practically empty.

I actually go to the location on 380 w. 2880 s. In salt lake. This is by far the best DMV I’ve been to. I’ve been in a few times now and no joke every time I’ve been in I get my number and start heading for a seat when the number is called. In and out in minutes not hours. The employees are always good to deal with no hassles. It’s been a shock to see government function.
