This location may be hard to find, but definitely worth the trouble. We came in because our 10+ year old Dyson had stopped working on Saturday. Upon inspection by the friendly and courteous staff it was apparent that our motor was done. However, we were able to trade our broken machine in towards the purchase of a new unit, and since the Mothers Day signs were still up they honored those prices plus took an additional 25% off for our trade. We ended up picking up a new cinetic animal+allergies AND a V6 cordless for less than the normal retail price of the cinetic alone! The customer service was amazing, and we are so happy that we decided to stop there before going out and looking at vacuums at another retailer. As if we weren’t already, we are Dyson customers for LIFE!

Awesome! Place is well hidden, but worth the effort. Walked in, was greeted pleasantly, had a minor issue with my vacuum, tech walked me through everything and answered all my questions. Plus, he obviously likes what he does, which made the whole experience that much better. He had my machine up and running in 20 minutes. When it’s time for a new vacuum, I’ll be back.

This is a review that I never really thought I would write, but after a quick visit to have my vac fixed, I thought a quick write up was in order. First off, the staff here was fabulous. They greeted me with a smile and assured they would be right with me, which they were. The tech that worked on my vac tried several different fixes in the front, then decided he needed to take it back in the back. After some time, he came back out and invited me back to show me the problem(Christmas tree needles and dog fur). He gave me a couple recommendations and let me go, free of charge. The show room is clean and has the largest collection of Dyson vacs that I have ever seen. It was really cool to see all the products Dyson offers. I am working on the wife for one of theirs commercial hand dryers ;). All and all, a great experience.

Paul, the manager was very helpful even though I called after they were closed He completely refurbished our 10 yr old vacuum on the spot. The shop also has Dyson products to demo. I would definitely buy a Dyson product since they provide excellent customer service so close by.

I wasn’t able to receive any suction out of my Dyson vacuum despite trying to clean out the filters. I brought it into this service center and the associate who helped me said he would charge me $ 25 if the problem was simply a clog. I agreed. He detached the main body to get the serial number and immediately saw that there was dog hair stuck in a couple of the tubes and showed me how to clean it out myself. He also showed me a couple extra spots I could check and clean for clogs. In the end, he didn’t charge me anything. Additionally, he gave me some pointers to keep my vacuum in shape longer. What great customer service!

Came in today because of suction issues with my Dyson. The associate that helped me was really friendly, showed me a few of the common places to look for clogs, and cleaned out the filters. The vacuum is good as new! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, no charge, and they helped me to better understand what types of routine maintenance I should be doing to ensure top performance and suction. I’ve had my Dyson for over 5 years now and I really love it. Now that I know about this service shop I know where I’ll take it in the future!

I went in to get my portable vacuum serviced and despite me walking in 20 minutes before closing, the guy was very kind. Got a «very good» deal on my vacuum’s clean up service ;)

The technician was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. He gave us an awesome assessment of our dyson animal vacuum instead of trying to sell us a new machine. Our machine is still in good shape after ten years of use. This is by far the best investment we’ve ever made! The pleasant surprise of today’s visit is we weren’t bugged by a salesman to buy a new vacuum that we didn’t need. Very good company.
