Have to agree with the other two reviews. Lots of fabric and quality craftsmanship, but unless you are a designer or doing commercial work, expect to get poor customer service. I had several pieces to be reupholstered and I was constantly bumped for other jobs. It was always the same excuse about a parade of homes this, restaurant that, a mansion in the mountains, etc. They had my furniture for over 6 weeks before starting, and then it still took a couple of months because more important jobs trumped mine. I get that individual customers are not their bread and butter. Maybe they should advertise as «To the Trade Only» so regular customers don’t get screwed.

My experience was about the same. Took in rocker from grandparents at the end of April, 2013. Was told it may take two months, at the time I said I was not in a hurry. Called in June, was told he was busy with Parade of Homes orders, but promised in a few weeks. Went to store at Thanksgiving and was promised before Christmas. Called a few weeks ago and the number was not in service. Yesterday, February 1, 2014, I went in person and he said the chair was nearly done. I did ask to see it and he was offended that I was doubting him after nine months(the old cushion was off and he said they tightened up the frame-nearly done???), but promised to have it delivered Monday. When I got home, there was a message to call. He chastised me for my demanding behavior and said my cheap little chair would be ready Monday, but I would have to pick up AND pay CASH!!! Total jerk when no other customers were around. Hopefully, we can make him less busy. DONOTGOTOTHISJERK!

My contractor suggested we contact European Expressions to make a cushion for a built in seating area we added to our kitchen after a total gut of a home. After a long construction process we saw our fair share of questionable builders/tradesmen, but Patrick, the owner and operator of this store, takes the cake. The only good thing I can say is that they have a TON of fabric selections to pick from, but that is where the positives end. We contacted Patrick in the beginning of December. He explained the process and also said he was busy with holiday orders, but that he may be able to get to our order before Christmas and if not, would have plenty of time right after the New Year. Not a big deal as we didn’t need it for Christmas. I went to the store and picked out a fabric. We then called Patrick and arranged a time for him to come to our house to measure and see exactly what we wanted. We understood we may have to wait until after the holidays, but we wanted to have everything finalized so the order was ready right after the holidays. It took over a week for Patrick to have time to measure, but he did eventually made it. My husband went to work late and met him. He measured and promised a bid by the next business day and again said he was very busy with the holidays, but would certainly be able to get to it right after. No bid ever arrived. We called several days later, and more than two weeks after we first contacted Patrick, and he said he was really busy getting an order out before the 25th, but that he would get a bid to us by the weekend after Christmas. You guessed it, no bid ever arrived. We called him on January 3rd to see what was going on. At this point, we had been waiting for more than a month, understanding that he was busy with the holidays, but that he would now be ready to start. To my amazement, he said he going on a two week vacation with his family shortly and wouldn’t even be able to get started on a BID until SOMETIMEINFEBRUARY! This was the first time we’d ever heard anything about a vacation and certainly would not have agreed to wait more than two months had he ever bothered to mention it. Now we have to start totally over from scratch with another upholsterer, from picking out fabric to measuring, etc. Unless you are a very busy designer with repeat projects so Patrick has an incentive to treat you with respect for repeat business, I would highly suggest steering clear of this business.
