They have an awesome spot. Right by a creek that runs right by the store. Check it out when looking through the huge widows.

This location of FedEx is laid out a little crooked, but it tucks up against the creek, which made for a nice backdrop during a long-​ish call I took there today. Kudos to the crew for not bothering me once while I was on the phone doing business. Truly it was not my intent to be THAT guy, but meetings backed up into each other.
So, I’ve spent more than one afternoon/​morning/​day/​night in a FedEx and have it down pretty solid. I’m almost exclusively self-​serve, as was the case today. And it’s just fine for that.
I will say that the WiFi here was painfully slow, and that’s a big bummer. I sometimes have to shuffle documents around and get them ready to print, and much of that takes place online. So that’s a real productivity killer.
Other than that, they had all the things you’d think they should. this location has a bit more product for sale than my usual FEO, but I don’t typically spend the dough to buy stuff there, so I don’t know how big of a plus it is for me. YMMV.

Errand day today and getting great service! The girl who works here was very helpful. Saw me walk in towards the pack and ship area and she stopped what she was doing and came right over to help me. Taped my box and put the label on for me. Got in and out really fast. Thanks for the great service!

Yes, they are going through a remodel so lines are longer than ever. Not having a staff member available at all times (peak periods) at the self-​serve station is an issue. If I have to wait in line to get help, then wait in line again to pay, I might as well order ahead and then pick up.

Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I printed out an image I that transferred to a longboard deck. Sweet success

Absolutely no help. I needed to print a shipping label and walked in & could not see the computers anywhere because there was so much crap hanging down from the ceiling. No one offered to help me. Finally found the station and they charged me 2 dollars to print one piece of paper from their slower than molasses computer. Went up to the counter and 2 women were chatting together and «oh we’ll be right with you.» A guy came to my rescue «I can help right now.» So i thought I was in luck. He took one look at my shipping label and turned me away. «This is USPS, we don’t ship for them.» Didn’t offer to attach the label to my package for me or anything or possibly just direct me to one of those big blue boxes you see everywhere. Nothing. I walked right out and will never be back. So much for my 2 dollars.

Needed Resume Paper… for resumes. (I was going to struggle to do it all by my self)
Emily asks what I needed and why, then she handed me the Fed-​ex business card and said «email me your resume, I will print them for you».
I felt so cared for and relieved that I would have paid $ 20 for it… but my total for 10 pieces of paper and printed was $ 2.50.
Geez I love that gal. AND FREE WIFI!!!
–1 star The wait is a little long and the guy who tried to help me my next visit there was really uptight and seemed very annoyed with my patronage.

I came to FedEx Kinkos because do you know how much it costs to buy new ink cartridges?! Lots of dollars. Plus I’m down to the wire on summer financial aid and wanted to fax some stuff. It wasn’t super cheap, but it WAS pretty convenient.
When I was about a block away from FedEx Kinkos I realized that I needed to pee, post haste! So that was my first question to the greeter, who directed me to the mail desk for the key. I had to wait a hundred years for the clerk to help a guy send a package to Fiji or somewhere complicated, then finally received the key. Let me tell you, I’m not sure why they feel the need to preserve the virtue of this bathroom by keeping it locked. It was grossest ever, with a dirty toilet and toilet paper everywhere. Yuck.
As for printing/​fax services, as I mentioned previously, these were not particularly cheap. In all, the trip cost me around $ 10. $ 3 for computer usage and printing, $ 6 and change for faxing three pieces of paper.
My advice to you is, unless you’re faxing (Who faxes?! Why is it so expensive?! Why can’t forms just be filled out electronically!?), get a library card. Computer usage is free and printing is infinitely cheaper. FedEx provides useful services, but at high prices.

Their public bathrooms are a disgrace! I don’t think the floor has EVER been mopped, the toilet seat was left up, wads of toilet paper all over the bathroom floor, fecal matter all over the toilet seat, garbage can overflowing. Disgusting!
Just went here to scan a few things…(that worked out just fine)…but, I’ll never get over the bathrooms. NEVER!!! AAAAH!!!

I am in need of printing services… A LOT. I have printed with at least 5 different local companies over the years. This Kinko’s was my first and still my go to place to get my artwork printed in a hurry. The employees are ridiculously nice. I have never met anyone I haven’t liked and who is also, seriously committed to their job.
The color prints come out fantastic, and if they don’t– they will re-​print for free! That is amazing customer service there.
All in all: when you need great printing at a moments notice at any time of the day or night, this is literally the ONLY place you can go to. I am grateful for that. Good Lawdy knows I use that more often than not!

Terrible! I went in expecting modern technology and what I got was 10 year old technology and 20 year old prices. $ 10 to fax 8 pages!
I went here because my home scanner is not working. I needed to scan and email some docs, but faxing would also work. I chose to FAX because it would be cheaper than scanning (On a Flatbed!!) and then putting on a disk then emailing. WTF. There are copiers on the market that will scan and email in seconds… why doesn’t a «professional» place like this have that technology… it is not that new… at least 5 years old.
Really, stay away from this place. It will not serve your needs. I know I was completely disapointed by it.

Service wasn’t terrible but it was pretty mediocre. All the workers seemed to be slightly annoyed, which made ordering a print job kind of awkward.

I went here to use their paper cutter and nothing else. I know, that’s pretty selfish of me, but they have an amazing paper slicer! I needed to cut some posters for work, and needed it done like asap.
I did end up making some copies once I was there that I didn’t remember I needed until the machine was right in front of me. So there, I paid them some money.
I stood there for 2 hours cutting posters. Every time I moved the slicer, it squeaked. A shrill, shrieking, squeak. *I* was ready to kill me half way through, so I was sure the employees were ready to run me off with pitchforks and and flaming torches. The kid who stands around the self-​service area had no sense of humor at all. I asked him, «Do you hate me yet?» and he looked perplexed and said totally genuinely, «NO! Why would I hate you??». Ooookay kiddo. It was just a joke.
I found the service to be helpful, if not a little smothering. One thing I didn’t like at all was that if I had them cut my posters for me, they would have charged a $ 60 per hour labor charge, and the full hour is charged even though it would have only taken them minutes. It took me 2 hours of squeak-​squeak-​squeaking to get it all done. In heels. Yeah. So, three stars seems appropriate.

I needed to make a butt-​load of copies. My papers were oddly sized, but nothing outrageous or giant. I couldn’t get the machine to stop cutting off ¼ of my page, even though there was ample room on the 11×17 paper. The FedEx employee came over and tried to help me. She couldn’t figure it out. So, I had to have them make my copies for me. This took 2.5 hours and cost me $ 80! If their P.O.S. self-​service machine had half a brain, I would’ve been in and out of there in 30 minutes and my cost would have been around $ 30.
The employees were very nice, but not very knowledgeable. They were also not good at thinking outside the box or troubleshooting. This was a very frustrating visit and I will not be back.

OMG. I have been going to Fedex office’s when it was Kinko’s and I’ve never experienced such bad service as I did there. I don’t know if it was a bad day for the girl working there but it took her a good 10 minutes to help me and then when she found out my problem she literally said, «I’m sorry I can’t help you, there is nothing I can do.» and walked away.
Then I went to a different Fedex Office, the one on 2100 S, and they helped me immediately and my «problem» was fixed in 2 minutes.
I’m not usually a complainer but I was appalled at the non-​service I received there.
