Felt Lighting

Love my fixtures. Had to make multiple trips in for various parts, but they were great to work with.

Service was wretched. I wasn’t greeted in an empty store for what was a very awkward amount of time.
Fixtures were clunky and outdated. Showroom was dark and overcrowded with merchandise. I promptly took by new construction money elsewhere.

I so totally agree with the last person’s comment. Either they didn’t «twig» and replace the personality of a door — «man» or they got another one just like him! With all the fabulous sales people available in Salt Lake — really!!! I really like this store — once in a while I get a great sales person but usually not.
Someone else needs to hire! The selection at this store still is great — although they seldom have another in a box and I end up buying the one off of the floor that is missing parts when I get home. After as many years of being in business — wouldn’t you think they could gather their act together better than this?

I want to love this business. They have a beautiful showroom, lots of interesting fixtures, and the ladies who work at the desk really try to be helpful.
So when I needed a broken lamp repaired, and required an unusual light bulb, I was pleased to remember this store (which advertises «legendary service»). The broken lamp was glanced at, and I know the actual replacement part is not available, but the man didn’t want to even think about possible solution (to replace a glass piece at the top of a torchiere). So disappointed.
But lets give them another try. A bulb that is available on line but not in stores — please order it for me. After 3 weeks, I went in, and while they remembered the bulb request, it seemed it had not been ordered. «the man» wouldn’t give me eye contact, but he said «oh it should arrive any day». Another 2 ½ weeks, I call them, they assure me its been ordered, and promise to call back with expected delivery. 24 hours later, no call.
So much for legendary service. I finally ordered my product on line.
I still want this local company to be a success, but they should replace «the man» with someone who cares.
