This company has horrible customer service. Never answered their phone when I called about a billing issue, never called me back after I left a message telling them to call me back, and now they’re emailing me telling me my bill is 247 days past due. They’re more concerned about making a buck than actually helping their customers. Beware using this company, I do not recommend them at all.

I was expecting something else to go wrong today since we have had some issues in the past, but the tech that came out Caleb was wonderful and did an exceptional job. I wasn’t sure if I was going to stay with this company but I just might have to now! Also, the general manager is amazing when it comes to dealing with issues when they arise which I greatly appreciate!

Terrible service and business practices… their worker would come in the rain or snow without any call to gain interior access. Spray around he exterior of the home. Leave a bill on the doorstep, which we would pay, without doing any of the interior pest control. Worst service company I’ve ever dealt with. We cancelled with them for failure to deliver and went with a rival that has provided stellar service. Never heard from them or saw them since canceling in four years yet today my credit monitoring service notified me that the account had been sent to collection. Not even contacted by them or their agent, they just submit a negative credit event. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE! These guys operate with very suspect business practices
