I went to the Jcrew at Fashion Place Mall. I bought my boyfriend some pants and had them hemmed over Christmas. They were hemmed too short. Took them back and they sent the pants back over to the seamstress. They were unable to fix them so they exchanged them for a new pair of pants which was awesome but unfortunately they have to be hemmed. They were great to work with, give them 4 stars because I have to take them somewhere else to get hemmed. Still love their clothes and will continue to shop here!

Fun facts about this store:
— It’s a nice store in City Creek. Very nicely planned.
— The crew that works there looks like they are out of a magazine… for… children. They are really good looking, but look like they are all in high school. pretty funny.
— If you want to get the new hot thing by Jcrew, then you go to this store. For us guys, i think it’s pretty much the same as the outlets, just more expensive.
Regardless of the young looks, these people can help you out with outfits and styles, and are super nice when helping you. So their service is cool.

i don’t know if anything i’ve purchased at j. crew has really fit me. thankfully, i was only visiting at the behest of my girlfriend. it was… the same as always.
ok, let me say this, i have bought a few polo shirts that i’ve liked from this place…
