I was very satisfied with Mark from J & J shutters and his knowledge and service. I ordered exterior vinyl shutters. He gave me a competitive quote and I was very satisfied with the final product and installation. I took advantage of a discount for paying in full upfront and was not disappointed with that decision. The only thing was that the process took a few weeks and I had to be patient. In the end, it was worth it — the shutters look great on my house.
