Jodie is the best hairstylist I have EVER been to! I’ve been all over the country from South Carolina, Nashville, Dallas, Vegas, Washington, and Jodie is who I return to. Over about 9 years, I’ve been unbelievably happy with her work. From My eyelashes, to eyebrow waxes, to Keratin bead extensions, Tape Extensions, bleach blonde or Ombré, she’s done it ALL on me and exceeded my expectations. I recommend her to anyone, even my mom, and sister go to her on occasion all though they live over an hour and a half away from her location. I fly up to Utah from Las Vegas just to have her color my hair and do my Tape Extensions. She’s hands down the best I’ve ever had, and talented doesn’t even begin to describe her. If you’re looking for a stylist you can trust in all aspects from color, cut, extensions, eyelashes, she’s your final stop. You’ll never look for another stylist again. I promise.

Jodie is the Best hair stylist I’ve had yet… she is extremely innovating and up to date with all of the lastest, modern, fashionable hair styles, she won’t let you leave with last season’s hair, if you’re after the new hip cut. Yet she’ll do exactly as you ask of her if you’re looking to stay with the same cut you’ve always had, or wanting to try something you’ve had in mind. She always asks plenty of questions to ensure you are getting what YOU WANT, where some stylists will do as they please regardless of what you say.
She helps me decide which direction I’d like to go with new styles and season changes, showing me all the new hip trends and which would work best for me and my look.
I’ve never been dissatisfied after leaving any salon she’s been in.
Ulysses is an amazing upscale salon with a very modern nyc type feel. It’s nice to have a contemporary salon like this in slc. From the location, stylish looking staff, to the brick wall interiors, stylish barber chairs, and amazing talent inside handling the sheers, this place is definitely somewhere you feel much ‘cooler’ walking out of.
I give it a solid 5 star recommendation.
