We have multiple kids as patients at Johnson Elite. The office staff makes coming in for routine visits super fun. Bright and fun environment. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

Don’t go there! Horrible experience. I went for a consultation for braces and they were friendly, but they pressured me by offering a $ 300.00 discount if I booked the same day. I agreed to the offer. The day of my appointment they changed the price and claimed they forgot to tell me that clear braces cost more (I asked for clear on the top and metal on the bottom at the consultation). They offered me extended time to make payments, but they still wanted to charge $ 5,085.00 for treatment. It was obvious to me that they did business by tricking people. I am glad I decided not to get my treatment with such a dishonest orthodontics practice.

This is not a good place to get braces on or your children’s. Amazing customer service while you’re still a patient, once your money has been paid, pretty bad nightmare. Their job is mediocre. No recommended at all.
