Le Bus

If I could give them no stars I would. After being loaded onto a bus that was extremely hot with no AC they decided to transfer us to another bus with the same issue. The host was extremely nice and gave us contact information for someone named Brian at the main office. We called him multiple times and left multiple messages with no response. They should really consider doing general repairs to their buses so the customers don’t stroke out and die on the trips to Wendover. Not satisfied, and it doesn’t help that nobody contacted me back about my concerns.

Picked up by bus # 4193. I would give zero stars if I could! Driver was late, said he was waiting for our group at the wrong parking lot… but then the air conditioning was not working. It is 90 degrees out today! How did he not notice this problem when he picked up the bus to come get our group, Not recommending this company!

If I could give zero stars I would. NEVER NEVER NEVER use them to go to Wendover. I was in town visiting friends and we thought it would be a fun reunion to go to Wendover and gamble for the night. I called ahead to book a spot on the bus thinking that it would be a safe option for transportation. The bus was almost 45 minutes late showing up for pick up, and there was no apology for the delay. The return ride was even worse. When booking, I asked how long the return drive was to the Sears parking lot. I was told it should not take more than 2 hours. Instead, it took over 3 and a half hours. My friends and I were taken for a joyride to Ogden/​Clearfield. I understand that half the bus had to return their due to poor planning by Le Bus, but there is no reason to not take half the bus 15 mins out of the way rather than take half the bus an hour and a half out of the way. When faced with a less than ideal situation, they should think as to what course of action creates the least amount of harm to the least amount of people. Instead, they caused the most amount of harm to the most amount of people.
I wrote a complaint and they simply ignored it. I repeat, I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN and WILL NEVER ADVISE ANY ONE TO USE THEM AGAIN. I can’t get so much as an apology out of anyone.

Hardest part of being a big kid during Christmas time is you no longer get that morale boost of receiving presents.
So to make adult presents happen, park your car at the Denny’s parking lot and catch the 9:20am Le Bus at Lake Point (Schedule posted on Le Bus website) and it drops off at Montego Bay casino in Wendover, NV around 11am.
Bus ticket $ 22 round trip you get a coupon book with $ 14 free buffet, $ 7 slot machine credit, $ 4 table match, and a free drink. The math works out plus you avoid driving and win bingo prizes on the bus. Bring cash for ticket and couple bucks for tips.
Buffet was ok, the soup and the prime rib was decent along with other Mexican and Chinese dishes. The entire casino smelled like smoke and it was a turn off for me because Colorado casinos do not allow smoking indoors.
Poker room at the Montego Bay do not allow smoking on the tables so that was nice. Midweek this is the only poker place in Wendover and they barely had a full 1 – 2 no limit game running. Lots of promotions before 2pm like AA cracked get you $ 100 bonus. And second time quads makes $ 500.
Overall the poker room was cozy, away from the main casino. It had free coffee and soup for players and the rake was much lower than Colorado and Vegas casinos. Made $ 500 from poker in 5 hours and hoped on the 5pm return bus back to Lake point as a happy camper :)

In May of each year, I get on a Le Bus in SLC with 39 of my closest friends and we embark on a 5-​day golf pilgrimage to Mesquite, NV. It’s a long and arduous journey that would scarcely be possible without the good people (and buses) of Le Bus.
Our driver stays with us for the entire 5 days. He puts up with our loudness and shenanigans on the 5+ hour ride to mini-​sin-​city and doesn’t ever complain. Le Bus has such good drivers that I can pour, mix and consume multiple cocktails without so much as a spill. The buses are always in excellent condition. They look great and are always clean and nicely appointed. Even after spending 5 days with a bunch of golf hooligans and then driving us all the way back to SLC, the driver is always friendly and helpful.
I can’t say enough good things about Le Bus. If you ever need to charter a bus… make it Le Bus!

Le Bus offers a trip to Wendover every day. Wendover is a sane or insane escape for anyone wishing to experience a change. The host was lots of fun and the bus driver, Angela was very good as well. The host spoke Spanish and English and this was helpful for many of the passengers. She served cold drinks with ice and we played Bingo. The trip cost only $ 15 and it was quite a bargain. When we got to Montego Bay Hotel the women I met on the bus made sure I wasn’t alone and they invited me to eat with them. The buffet was excellent as it was included and we also received $ 5 cash to play the slots or the tables. I was expecting old men drooling down my chest (that would be the day), but no, mainly women were on the bus wishing to find fortune. All of us returned safe and sound and they were extremely cautious and caring. It was well worth it. The hotels were in stark contrast to the hum drum every day life in Salt Lake City. They were neon, glitzy and filled with people wanting to share stories, drinks and games… I know it sounds bad to some but heck, I don’t feel guilty. Should I?
