I put in an online order for tools and supplies on a Monday Night at about 9:00 pm, tried calling the next day to see if the order was pulled and was put on hold several times and no one picked up. On Wednesday I drove 45 minutes to the store only to find out NOTHING was pulled and according to the 17 year old looking Assistant «Manager» that it was a first come first severed basis and the items would come in over the next two months. I told him that it was a 1 ½ hour round trip drive for me and can he just ship the items to my house, he answer floored my, no pun intended, which was you are getting the items below cost so it was my problem. I asked to speak to the Manager and guess what, none was available. If a company is going to sell items online and say there is availability at the local store than they should be pulled. No wonder this company and store have such horrid reviews. Be warned.

This store is awesome! The manager is the absolute best manager (Chris Portis) for these trade type stores. He’s personable, knows his stuff (flooring/wood), he follows up and is always helpful. I have driven down to this store 4 times– 40 miles each way and I would happily do it again to get service like this. I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Chris, he’ll take care of you and your lumber needs.

We went in looking for flooring for our basement. The sales lady who was“helping” us went from treating us like we were imbeciles, to openly hostile when we disagreed with her. Needless to say we walked out. Will never go back ever. I am calling corporate in the morning. We will see what they have to say. If I could give them a zero I would.
