Lundstrom Carpet Care

Finally! We found a carpert cleaner we LOVE! At long last, after years of fruitless searching, Lundstrom Carpet Care came into our home and into our hearts.
They weren’t afraid to quote prices when I called them. They gave me a really good idea of what we would be paying for the job and offered to come out and give us an exact price, prior to getting the job. That was good enough for me to schedule the work right then and work out the details with the tech.
They gave me a two-​hour window of arrival time, which I thought was more than fair and told me they would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. They called 30 minutes prior to arriving at the precise minute that started my 2-​hour window. So far, so good! The technician was very polite, courteous and knowledgable. He explained some different options and possible scenarios… things to be aware of and potential hiccups that could occur. Most of his «warnings» were fairly obvious, but it was nice that he laid everything out for us before staring the work. He then walked around the house with us and gave us the exact price for everything we wanted to have done, which included carpet and upholstery cleaning.
He spent a good 4 hours at our house and took his time doing a fantastic job. Our carpets have never been cleaned as well as this, at any price. And the price was absolutely fair. We probably could have found a cheaper carpet care outfit, but I haven’t been able to find a better one. And believe me, we’ve tried lots of them over the years.
Lunsdstrom Carpet Care has been added to our preferred vendor list for sure and we’re already planning on having them come back to do some more cleaning.
We were so happy that we even threw the dude a $ 20 tip. Are you supposed to tip the carpet guy? When he does a tremendous job like this, I’d say «For sure!»
