Visited Salt Lake, needed suits for my son. A young man helped us. We were done and gone within a half hour. We were thrilled.
My son is now serving a mission and wearing his two Mr. Mac suits. He thought he would get two solid black suits (I wanted more color but had no effect on his opinion). I think Scott was the name of the associate that helped us. He shared with my son why solid black was not the best choice. He showed us some black pin striped suits and found one my son liked. The then moved into charcoal grey. My son (who is usually quiet and does not make decisions) asked for lighter colors. Scott helped him finally choose a medium grey suit.
Scott measured and marked where adjustments were needed. We paid and left. Two days later we got a call that the suits were done! This was a very busy week for them so we were surprised they had finished so quickly.
We are not rich, so we really appreciated the great deals we got. The other places were going to charge us $ 600 for one wool suit with two matching pants. We were able to purchase both suits each with two matching pants for less than one suit elsewhere.
Three days later we went back and purchased another suit for me. Scott was not there but a short lady helped us. Again we were helped very well.
We would go back to Mr. Mac anytime for suits.
