I went in for a brazillian, underarm, and brow wax and waited for 30 minutes after my appointment time to even be acknowledged by my stylist. The wax was uncomfortably hot, and the method of waxing and the wax used was very painful and i had to get into uncomfortable positions. I have never had a more painful and uncomfortable waxing experience.
I will definitely be going back to my old salon for all waxing services.

Phil does the best hair in SLC. He is pricey but totally worth every penny. if you can sit through the way they talk to each other. I can only give 2 stars because the way they sometimes talk during the service is so unprofessional and I’m really quite embarrassed for them. I’m no prude and that talk has its place, but I feel like I’ve walked into a high school cafeteria. It says something about them if they so willingly speak so crass in front of new clients. I referred a friend and although the haircut was superb she was so turned off by the way they spoke she wont go back. This isn’t high school and we can all be cool and not talk like we are still 16.

Excellent environment, service, and professionalism. I received one of the best hair cuts I have had in a long time, and definitely the best in SLC. Ask for Puck, he knows what he is doing.

What can I say, I’ve been going to get my hairs cut by Cody since they opened.
Never disappointed.
And if you know the pains of finding that one person to cut your hair, or are currently on a mission to find that person, check this place out.
Short, medium, long they can do it all.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and more keep showing up to work at this place.
Plan on making an appointment atleast a week in advance, they know their stuff and get booked fast.

Excellent cut and color! Ask for Thomas. He does fantastic work, very modern and current. I don’t waste my time with other salons because you truly do get what you pay for. The staff at this salon are all friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

I had been seeing Phill for years and was so happy when he was able to open his own salon. He has some of the highest standards I have seen in a stylist and didn’t realize how good I had it until I moved away from the area. It has been a challenge finding a stylist to match his caliber!
Phill is truly a visionary and top-​notch stylist. His salon is beautifully designed and immaculate, with a friendly and accommodating atmosphere.

Very friendly vibe here, lots of different types getting their ‘dos, but especially and highly recommend Christopher Turner no matter what kind of hair you have. Mine is fine and short and he works miracles.

Always the best! You won’t find more talented people than at Phillip Williams Salon. If your a guy with thinning hair like me, ask about the amazing hair regrowth shampoo and topical treatment they sell. It really works!

This is a great salon! Cody has been cutting and coloring my hair for 3 years. He really listens and gives you what works for your facial features and lifestyle. He’s not trying to impose his style on you. Very relaxed environment and all of the staff are friendly and professional. They also don’t push products in you.

I drive from Jackson Wy to see Chris Turner. He is absolutely the best! I have long blonde hair and everybody seems to mess it up But him. He doesn’t rush. Makes sure your happy. Listen’s to what you want. Love him! The salon is great too :)

I have a very, exceptionally hard time with color. I prematurely went grey and it is very stubborn. I tried Phillip William because I was really unhappy with my last color and cut. So far, so good! I’ve gone twice now and this is the first time in years that I actually like my hair. I see Phillip, and he spent a lot of time with me figuring out exactly what I was looking for. I completely trusted him by the time we actually did the cut. It’s a comfortable salon with a great energy and seemingly happy personnel. For the quality of the color and cut, I think it is fairly priced as well, but that doesn’t not mean inexpensive — just worth it.
