Best physical therapy and pilates studio in Utah! PTs are amazing — and are very knowledgable about your whole body! I love it here. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming.

I had no trouble getting several appointments as a bundle, with the therapist I wanted, at convenient times. Both receptionists Bri and Joy have been amazing, helping me navigate the insurance reimbursement process to maximize what I will be reimbursed. My first impession was, wow, these ladies are way more than schedulers, and this has continued to be true. I, like many clients, heard about this multi-purpose clinic/gym/studio from fellow Pilates enthusiasts, especially when major surgery required months of PT. Initially I wanted to learn how to safely return to Pilates after shoulder surgery. This soon turned into my wishing I had started my months-long PT series here rather than the big-medical facility I was prescribed. This is real, quality, personal, private healthcare at its best. The studios are beautiful, packed with quality equipment in every style. Clean with a really relaxed vibe and classes are capped at 8 reformers for personalized instruction. I could not be happier and am well on my way to regaining a heathy body post-surgery with personal quality care. You pay for the best, so this studio is not for Groupon hoppers.

Therapists are great, receptionists not so great. I’ve been going here on a regular basis and one occasion their receptionist made a mistake on double booking my therapist appt. So I ended up being wait listed for 1.5 months. Their receptionists are a hit and miss, some are customer friendly, others have some attitude.

This place is terrible. I called 6 times(SIXTIMES) to try and get an appointment after an two different knee surgeries. First they said they couldn’t schedule anything for two weeks, then they had a cancellation at a certain time, great, I’ll take it, then they called back and said it was actually at a different time, when I couldn’t go, «well then our next appointment is in 3 weeks.» That doesn’t work because my doctor said start PT on this certain date. Reluctantly called back after my second surgery because a friend recommended them highly, and they said one of their therapists was out for 2 months so the couldn’t schedule an appointment for 3 and a half weeks. What kind of business has people out for 2 months and doesn’t hire people to replace their capacity? People on the phone were not helpful and snotty(attitude of well you should have called several months before your surgery if you knew you wanted to come to our amazing facility). but can’t say anything about the facility itself because I never could get an appointment. Apparently you have to already be ‘in the club’ to get an appointment or be extremely lucky when you call. I say don’t bother

This is a great studio for anyone whose body isn’t perfect. I’ve been going for more than 10 years. It’s fantastic when paired with PT, but pilates alone is still outstanding. Classes are on time, low key and challenging. It is a very supportive environment, from fellow exercisers to instructors.
