Prestman auto is a great dealership to do business with! They are not pushy whatsoever but help you with what you need. They make it very convenient and cater to you. They are very honest and upfront and I didn’t feel pressured at all in the entire process!

Love my new car! I walked in wanting a Subaru and they made it happen without gouging me with a high interest rate and helped get me a extended maintenance warranty. Lobby is equipped with massage chairs and free beverages which made the waiting not so bad too. Friendly staff too.

I am completely happy with my 2015 Mazda 3 I purchased three months ago. There was an issue with the service contract I purchased but the operations manager Devin was very kind and patient in helping me to resolve the issue. I didn’t end up purchasing a car here, but I did want to commend Trevor for his excellent service. My recent car purchase was the first time I have ever bought from a dealer, and Trevor was the most personable, honest, and kind salesman I dealt with through the entire process — including the dealership I ended up buying from. In fact, several different people (including the owner of the company I work for) recommended this dealership to me.
I was a bit too skeptical of purchasing a branded title which is ultimately what swayed me from purchasing a crosstrek on their lot. I test drove it, and was nearly sold. I took the car to a body shop to have them inspect the repairs that were done, and as Prestman told me, they said the repairs that were done on the salvage title were nearly flawless. They really do incredible work on the cars. The only reason I didn’t buy here was because it’s a little more difficult to turn around and sell a branded title if I wanted to switch vehicles a few years down the road. Trevor walked me through the process of reselling and eased some of my fears, but at this point I already decided it wasn’t the car for me.
I would recommend anyone to Prestman. It’s definitely a different experience than you would receive at any other dealer. They really listen to you, they’re patient (I asked a million questions and used up a lot of their time), and they’re extremely nice. For a first time car buyer, I was surprised at how comfortable they made me feel. If you want a car that looks brand new without a new car price tag, this is the place for you.

I just recently bought an amazing car with Prestman Auto! The staff made the whole car buying experience so simple and easy. Trevor was excellent at giving me all the knowledge I needed for purchasing my first vehicle! Tracy did a great job helping us with all of our finances. They were able to answer all of our questions with ease and confidence. As a fist time car buyer, I was very nervous and skeptical of going through a dealership. The staff at Prestman Auto made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. I would definitely recommend them to anyone buying a car!

It may be unfair to review an auto dealer from whom I haven’t purchased a vehicle, however I wanted to share my story.
I have dreamed of owning the orange 2015 Subaru Crosstrek. It’s gorgeous! It’s orange! It’s a Subaru! So, when I found one at Prestman for the same amount as a new Impreza, I was super excited! I immediately emailed them to negotiate terms.
I asked if they could provide the CarFax.
Their response: «I sure can, you do know this is a rebuilt title, correct?» (Honesty is good.)
ME: «No, can you tell me more?»
THEM: «All of our vehicles on our lot have been purchased back from an insurance company for one reason or another. These cars range, from theft recoveries, to minor cosmetic damage. We pride ourselves in purchasing cars that have minor, if any damage, and then offering them to the public for highly discounted prices. These beautiful cars, look and drive like any comparable cars elsewhere. That being said, the in question, has been involved in a minor front end collision, and according to Carfax, there was no airbag deployment, or structure damage reported.»
Sounds promising, right? So, I went off on my own to research the VIN: JF2GPAFCXF8222039. I am attaching a photo of the vehicle in question. Recall, Prestman Auto said this vehicle had a «MINOR FRONT END COLLISION.» Minor. Some people might call this «minor.»
I will let you be the judge. For myself, I have decided to go elsewhere. I would rather have a brand new Impreza than pay the same amount for a damaged (albeit beautifully orange) vehicle like this…

They provided me with the floor mats. At the end of the day they sold me an operating vehicle at the price I expected to pay from a dealership with the service I expected from a dealership. I’m about as happy as I can be with the experience.

Awesome dealership! Everything is branded titles but the cars are in excellent condition! Alexandra Romero was the best sales representative I could’ve asked for! I plan on keeping my car forever! But if I ever need another vehicle I trust Prestman Auto over others!

I had a great great experience with Prestman Auto. Being an out of town buyer, Debbie Francies, my sales lady, made every step of the process, not only bearable, but pleasant as well. She was kind, thorough and kept it real with me about each of the cars I looked at. I ended up buying a used 2014 Subaru Outback and I love it! I had an excellent car buying experience from Prestman. I drove my Hyundai Elantra into the ground and finally needed a new vehicle. I decided to buy a Subaru Crosstrek from Prestman and took it on a week long tour through CA the day after I bought it.
There have not been any issues with it and I have driven it over 4,000 miles in the two months since I am have owned the vehicle. I got a great deal on it and a savvy car buyer can find a lot value at this dealership.

Beware. Check vin number on all used vehicles. We wanted to buy one and found out it had been in a flood and was on a salvage auction website. Too good to be true as far as the price goes.

I felt that I must review, as we bought a Cayenne 2009, two years back, and have not had any issue with it. In fact, it has been one of the best cars we’ve bought! Thanks to Alex, a rep, that sold it to us!

This place is amazing! They are smart in doing this type of business. If it’s true what they say, although all their cars are branded, it’s usually because of cosmetic reasons. Which is very reassuring! They don’t hide anything, they are straight up front about their pricing and reasoning behind it. I love the way I was treated. The only downside is that once we picked out my car, we had to play a two hour waiting game to talk to the financer. But other than that everything was awesome!

I’ve purchased 2 Audis from Prestman Auto in the past 3 years and both cars have been great! I searched online for a while before going to Prestman and I think they’re the best deal around. I never felt pressured into making a decision and the salesman was more than willing to answer my questions about the car. I actually told my parents about the great experience I had working with the salesmen and they ended up buying a car there as well! I would highly recommend stopping by.

Last month I was looking for a 2015 Sienna XLE with All Wheel Drive for my wifey. Turns out: that’s a fairly pricey automobile, but it’s hard to locate any used 2014’s with low mileage, in the color she wanted and with AWD.
Fortunately, I found exactly that 1500 miles away from our home in Kansas City at Prestman Auto in Utah — with only 13,000 miles and priced at least $ 12,000 less than a new one! And it was at a dealership that had 206 out of 213 people highly recommending them, with a 4.8 average out of 5 stars possible on
. That level of satisfaction across the board is practically unprecedented.
I talked with the sales manager Marshall on the phone, who was extremely helpful in getting me all the details on the minivan. He then had one of his best sales associates, Travis Cheesman, follow up with me and continue to help. As it turns out, both are top quality folks I’m completely happy to recommend to others.
I flew out to Salt Lake City, and Travis met me at the airport. «The guy looks like Leonardo DiCaprio during his Titanic years» was my first thought. Throughout the entire process and the followup after I got back home, Travis has continued to earn my respect and trust as someone I can confidently refer to others. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Dave in finance as well, who got me a Platinum level warranty to cover me through the first 100,000 miles.
Some might ask how Prestman can offer deals good enough to fly 1500 miles and spend a week’s vacation driving home through Colorado (which was totally fun, by the way… And if you haven’t ever skied Utah, that’s an added bonus!) They take a car that has been in an accident, and restore it to factory specifications and like-​new condition. In my case the Sienna XLE had only been hit from behind, so they replaced everything damaged to be like new, and put it through a 150 point inspection to make sure everything is running great. Yes, it has a branded/​salvage title, and that can of course affect the eventual resale value — but I fully expect it to run every bit as good as any other car. And if anything does go wrong I have a 100,000 mile warranty to cover me, while still saving many thousands over anything else comparable out there.
This actually marks the FOURTH time I’ve been involved with a branded/​salvage title car. The first was my 2003 Infiniti, which I got in 2004 –saving almost half the cost of new. Drove it without a hitch for 8 years. My son now enjoys owning it, and it continues to drive flawlessly after over a decade. The second was a Toyota Camry for another of my sons several years ago. He still loves his Camry, on which he saved many thousands. Never a problem there either. And, we helped a friend get a branded title Acura TL for a totally impressive savings. It too has been an ideal car in every way.
I mention this because I actually have far MORE confidence in purchasing a branded title car from a trusted dealership like Prestman over purchasing from an individual, for example. The individual seller will not have put the car through a rigorous 150 point inspection and repair process… and he is not going to back me with a 100,000 mile «good as factory» warranty covering anything that might go wrong with the car. And buying from him or any other dealership will still cost me many thousands more!
In summary: I will unhesitatingly recommend the team at Prestman Auto to anyone wanting to get an awesome deal. They are a great bunch of guys I will tell friends to look to FIRST, the next time they are shopping for a car.

Untrustworthy and sales persons lacking knowledge. Was lied to about damage and almost sold a lemon. Visit anywhere else but here if you want a car that works and if you want reliable sales people.

What a difference these guys are making to the car buying experience. When we first walked into Prestman Auto, we were happily greeted by Jeff Wright, one of the sales guys at Prestman. Let me tell you, this is not one of those «what do I have to do to get you into this car today?» type dealerships. They have no-​haggle pricing, and it really is no pressure.
Jeff was great in understanding our needs and made sure he was showing us the cars that worked for us. We came in looking for a Honda Pilot, and we left with the perfect car, a Honda Pilot. Jeff showed us what we needed. He took the time to make sure we really knew how buying a «branded title» worked, and made sure we were comfortable with that process. He was very very patient, and super friendly. He even made sure to keep our four-​year-​old entertained, and sugared up (nutter-​butters and red vines).
There were a few things we needed done with the car before we took it off the lot, and Jeff made sure the service department was on the same page we were. He really took care of us.
Dave in financing was fun to do the paperwork with, and we really felt like we were valued customers. Would we buy another car from Prestman Auto? Yes! And if you go in there, make sure you ask for Jeff… you will leave happy and know you were taken care of.

Sold me two lemons years ago and i will never forgive him. Both cars had been in terrible accidents but he cleaned the title some how. Jeep Wrangler lost its wheel on the freeway easily could have killed somebody. Dishonest business practice. I cant believe he is still in business.

These guys are flat out dishonest. They deal in salvaged titles and are selling cars bought from out of state where they then bring them to Utah and retitle them as «Branded Title». There is no way to value their cars and they create very inflated prices for cars that you cannot resell for anywhere near the price they list because it is not a clean title. Beware!
Furthermore, their salesmen are so sketchy. In a recent transaction where a car was agreed upon, conditions of sale, trade-​in, etc, I received a call saying that it was sold «somehow». Wow, not sure how that could happen other than complete dishonesty.
You will not save money by buying from these guys. You will be WAY better off using a reputable company that deals in clean titled cars with an honest approach.
