Very surprised with any negative reviews. Margaret helped me with my unit. She disclosed all fees, in detail…(no one likes surprises). She was also extremely pleasant to talk to and was very informative. It is truly month to month and I received half off the 1st month. Location is good, by the airport, and neighborhood seems fine (there really isn’t a true ghetto in Utah). Just moving in the unit, so can’t speak on security yet, but seems to have enough security measures. Again, customer service is fantastic! Would recommend to anyone

Being from another city, we relied on the condition of our storage unit to be in good repair, as it was when we rented it. When we returned to check on it we found that someone had hit the door with a vehicle and the door was no longer secure. The side was open to the weather and wind and our furniture was covered with dirt and bugs. It took a lot of phone calls and a long time to get it repaired. We will be moving out as soon as we can afford to hire a moving company.

We recently moved to the SLC area and needed to store our belongings until our new apartment was ready for move in. Chuck was extremely helpful as well as friendly. He was very professional and gave us great advice on the city.

I planned ahead as part of a cross-​country move and ‘pre-​reserved’ a space online months in advance. About 10 days before my stuff was put on a truck headed for Salt Lake, Chuck, the property manager called me. He said he only had one unit available and encouraged me to reserve it online ASAP. Once I got that squared away, Chuck called back to make sure everything was in order. We discovered the unit I reserved was not going to be convenient for the moving truck. Again, Chuck kept a look out for an opportunity and three days before my stuff arrived he had found a bigger unit in a better location and for $ 20 cheaper. Without his help, my move would have been even more of a hassle than it already was.
Chuck and the rest of his staff were kind, courteous, and professional. The property is clean and appears to be well maintained. I would definitely recommend!

I am in sale and have 3 different rental units in as many states. I was snew to Salt Lake and happened to walk into this storage facility. I talked to a young male and told him that I need a climate controlled unit for my equipment. He proceeded to tell me that in Salt Lake the temperature doesnt drop below 50 so I would be ok storing in his facility. (of course once winter hit I realized that he was lying to me). I want to warn anyone that is looking for storage in Salt Lake not to use this facility. When I was ther eto pick up my equipmet in the winter after an apparent snow fall. I could not acces my unit becasue the snow was plowed in a way that i could not wheel my equipment out of the unit. Of course that was when I canceled my rental agreement.
