I have purchased 10 vehicles from RC Automotive. I have dealt with Barr the owner as well as his sons Chris and Taylor. I have also dealt with Barry one of his long time salesmen. I have to say you could not find a better group of people in the business. Their business manager Tony will always look for the lowest finance rate. I wouldn’t think of buying a vehicle anywhere else in Salt Lake City. Karl in the service department will take care of all your service needs. The bottom line is the staff is honest and ethical.

I’ve purchase several vehicles from RC Automotive and they’ve always impressed me with their down to earth, no-​pressure approach. I love that they’re a family owned and operated business and they treat people with respect and kindness. The majority of the staff has also been there for years which is nice to see vs. other «big-​box» auto dealers in town. Would highly recommend to friends or family.

Who is a fan of car dealerships? Not too many people, generally. Last year I bought a truck from RC Automotive and had a great, low-​pressure experience. I noticed everyone was very considerate and helpful. Though this year my company has had all our repairs and service done by RC Auto. These guys are fast, efficient and fairly priced. Last week our Office Manager had her car detailed and tuned up so she could sell it. They did such a great job that she fell in love with her car again and decided not to put it up for sale. Amazing! Thanks Carl, Jacob, Cliffton, Dillon and Barr, you guys are great!

Chris and Barry broke their backs helping me find the perfect vehicle. There was not a moment where I felt as if I was being hustled, unlike every other dealership. The guys got me into a truck, saved me money, and did all the tedious footwork. I had been a car salesman for a while, main reason I didnt go with my company was cause I know what peices of shit we are. Honestly I kinda expected the same but i had a great experience here. (Plus they had the car i wanted) Great customer service and sales proccess. My girl loves The car I bought for her here. Brett was a great sales guy and thats saying a lot cause I know what a pain in the ass I can be for a car. Carl in service has had me covered more than once. I have nothing bad to say on how they do things here.

These guys are the best! Took my vehicle in an emergency situation, took care of it in a timely manner with knowledgable and friendly technicians! It’s hard to find good reliable car people on State Street, but if you need anything from an oil change, to a better-​than-​new Porsche, these guys have it all! Thanks Barr! You guys are the best!

I flew out from Northern CA to purchase a vehicle from RC Automotive. They picked me up at the hotel, had all the paperwork ready, and were very professional. Found the car I was looking over 2 years for, and it was in better condition than they described over the phone. Truly a joy to do business with. My Wife and I have purchased our last 3 cars from RC — and we live in San Francisco. RC has incredible customer service and selection — if they don’t have it they will find it.

We purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe from Chris and Barry at RC Automotive. I was so pleased with RC Automotive. They found me the perfect vehicle by listening to my needs. I saved over $ 12,000 off of retail. This is our third vehicle purchase with RC Automotive. We also love Carl in service. He has saved us so much money on service by finding better deals on parts and by simply by being honest. I am a customer for life.

I was extremely interested in purchasing an Audi S4 from RC Automotive. I had spoken with and emailed with a friendly sales guy multiple times. I am not located in Salt Lake City or anywhere near the dealership so I had many questions they helped to answer in regards to the vehicle and the condition. These were answered within a few days, but when it came to purchasing the vehicle things didn’t work out at all. They told me their best price, I offered $ 309 less. I did not receive a phone call, email, or any response what so ever. I completely understand if they did not want to accept this offer, however no response or reply period shows to me the quality and integrity of their service and the entire buying experience. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from RC if you are out of state. Dissapointed that things did not work out and the communication completely was cut off.
